I couldn't believe my luck, and I began to hum softly as his breathing slowed. No longer angry, I opened my eyes to see the dragon had closed his eyes, breathing in and out, tucking his tail around him. His wings rested on his scaled back and I admired his beauty and grace. Though the sky was filled with both Golden and Blue Draygons, Tohr and Sólas were easy to spot. Tohr's Draygon shape was one of the largest, and the golden scales glinting the sun off perfectly. Sólas' was not as big as Tohr. Still, he was by no means small. The impacts of their forms against each other let out a sound like the crashing of thunder. When they would lock claws, it would send chills down my back like rubbing glass on glass just waiting for one or the other to shatter.

His lightning rod grabbed the dragon's head until the dragon screamed even louder. Claire flew after Leon, right in front of the dragon's mouth. Leon flew to Claire's side, now they were floating side by side right in front of the dragon's mouth. As they thought, the dragon opened its mouth. From deep within their throat, Claire and Leon could see flames starting to form and about to burst out of their mouths.

Ashrac throws himself backward over the cliff. I don't breathe as terror squeezes my heart. I finally inhale when I see the child rise in his dragon form. He flies away from Sarn as fast as he can. I breathe easier when Sarn doesn't give chase. He shrugs and turns back to me. Sarn crosses his arms and stands facing me. He raises his chin and his evil smile remains in place. "You'll be in my lair and my bed before the little brat finds help. I would think Laryn of all dragons would guard his bride more closely."
