The billionaire who never wanted a bride

The billionaire who never wanted a bride

That hesitation killed the hope instantly. The phone rang. Loud. Sharp. Unforgiving. Everyone froze again. The woman stared at the screen, her face draining of color. “They know,” she whispered. The lead man smiled slowly. “Of course they do.” He raised his weapon. Time shattered. A shot rang out. She screamed as she was shoved backward, stumbling hard. Someone fell to the floor. Another person shouted in pain. The air filled with chaos, the smell of gunpowder burning her throat.

Fifty Shades Of Lovia

Fifty Shades Of Lovia

Guard one: Shane's garrote, silent drop. Guard two: My shot—suppressed thwip, body slumped. Container: Lock snapped. Inside—girls chained, wide-eyed, whispering fears. "Libres," I soothed. Cuts quick, leading them out. Alarms shrieked. Trap sprung. Men poured from crates—twelve, rifles blazing. "Down!" Shane yelled, firing bursts. I shielded a girl, returning fire—two down, blood spraying. Explosions boomed—charges detonating trucks, fireballs lighting fog.

Runaway With Mr. CEO’s Triplets

Runaway With Mr. CEO’s Triplets

PHOEBE The first shot rang out like thunder, tearing through the tension in the air. Crack! The first shot rang out like thunder, tearing through the tension in the air. Crack! Everything exploded at once. Richard’s gun flew out of his hand as he stumbled backward with a scream. He clutched his shoulder, his face twisted in pain. Blood soaked through the fabric of his shirt, fast and dark. The sound of the shot still rang in my ears, deafening and sharp.

I hope Shawna doesn't end up with Liam, I feel like that would be too easy and obvious. I get loving, protective brother vibes from Liam, not romantic ones. I think Damien should get a chance to redeem himself for Shawna and his children. And perhaps they can try at being a family.

The Alpha’s Mistake: I Married the Wrong Twin

The Alpha’s Mistake: I Married the Wrong Twin

The shotgun was still pointed at me, but his finger moved off the trigger. "Prove it," he demanded. "Prove she sent you." I reached into my pocket. I pulled out the heavy black iron ring. I held it up. The deck light caught the metal. The Blackwood crest seemed to absorb the light rather than reflect it. Silas looked at the ring. He let out a breath that sounded like a curse. "The King's Ring," he muttered. "She kept it all this time." He lowered the shotgun completely. "Come inside," he said. "Before the wind blows you away."

Donovan

Donovan

She could hear Donovan's voice in her head, his threats echoing in the silence of the room. But she also heard the faint whisper of her own voice, the voice that had been silenced for too long. In that moment, Boma made a decision. Slowly, hesitantly, she slid the ring off her finger, her heart pounding in her chest. As it slipped free, she felt a surge of fear and liberation intertwine within her, like a delicate dance between darkness and light. The ring now rested on the dressing table, a glittering testament to a relationship she wished had come the right way and a fear she had to overcome.

Hello, all, Donovan Epilogues are ready. Yes you read that right. 'Epilogues' because there are more than one. I have been working hard at it. And by today, it will be updated. Do look out and be expectant.

Even after 4 new updates, Boma's still a fool. like seriously? so if Harry hadn't kidnapped her or something, she'd hv divorced Donovan &been with Harry.. *hiss*. I don't know about others, but her character does not thrill me at all. I wish it was real life and Donovan fell in love with some1 else

Alpha Michael

Alpha Michael

Freya innocently exclaimed and I can't help but laugh at her. When Freya's relentless banging on the computer screen was over, she finally invited me to the shooting game. We decided to just share a ring to have more fun. I really enjoy the shooting game since I've been playing basketball way back when I was still in PMA, but when I became the alpha of the Crescent Moon pack, I don't have much time to play basketball anymore. When we start shooting the balls on the ring, I can't help but swallow my saliva every time our arms crash with each other, since there's only one ring where we shoot the balls, it's really inevitable that our arms will crash which always sends a tingling sensation down

The Mafia's Widow Revenge

The Mafia's Widow Revenge

That was all she needed. Julia didn't duck—she spun into the weapon. Her left hand slapped the barrel of the shotgun, forcing it upward just as Enzo’s finger squeezed the trigger. A deafening blast shook the smelting floor, the spray of buckshot shattering a high-voltage light fixture overhead and showering them both in white-hot sparks.

Earth Has Fallen

Earth Has Fallen

Marcus Fellow: Waiting until the right moment, I jump off the wall and place the barrel of my shotgun right against the soldier's chest. Just before the soldier can fire his gun, I fire first, a shotgun blast going right through the soldier's chest. He falls to the floor with a chest in his chest. What the hell," another soldier screams. I turn around and see the dead soldier's partner. Too close to shoot, he lunges and grabs my shotgun. The two of us fighting over my shotgun, we roll around on the ground.

Gunnar

Gunnar

There was one of a paintball gun and another of the engagement ring Gunnar had bought me a few days after he had unconventionally proposed to me. "The tracker is in the charm that looks like Ace's ring," Gunnar gathered the bracelet in his large hand, nimbly opening the clasp and attaching it to my wrist, "Promise me you'll never take it off." "I won't, I promise," I responded instantly because I knew I would never remove it. The rosary that he had given me still hung around my neck. There was not a day I left the apartment without it. "If you do take this out and I find out about it, you will be punished," his voice took on a huskier note that had me believing that I'd enjoy said punishment

This book is a must read. I couldn't put this book down. The characters are very realistic and the story line is something you can actually see happening in real life; especially when you have a dysfunctional family. This book is full of humor as well. I absolutely loved it.

Loved is actually an understatement. One of the best stories I have ever read. Just finished Ace (freaking amazing, loved just as much) and going to finish this binge reading by reading Jericho. Worth reading all night, who needs sleep when you have these outstanding characters keeping you company!

To Capture a Ring

He protected her Like child, he had his back towards the gun while she grasped him as well screaming in fear as the imam fired a round of shots from his gun stopping in utter shock when Aziz fell to his knees. Nadia screamed as she tried to hold him in balance and she lay his head on her lap. Blood was gushing from his mouth and she felt helpless. Only her ear piecing screams haunted the bleak atmosphere. When the imam fired his gun, the gossipy neighbours and strangers quickly fled the scene leaving a few brave ones to witness this atrocious act. The Imam stood horrified, breathing excessively, profusely but in a nervous way, miniature beads of sweat had forme
