"What about these tulips—got any stories behind them?" She picks up a yellow one, holding it out. "These are my favorites. They remind me of spring back home, starting fresh. Want a closer look at the rest?" I nod quickly, and she comes around the counter, leading me to another display. As we move, our arms brush—accidental, but it sends that little buzz again. She points out different ones, explaining colors and meanings, and I ask questions to keep her talking. She opens up a bit more about settling into the city, how the shop's her way of making roots. I share a story about wandering the markets as a kid, skipping the royal parts, and she chuckles at the funny bits, her eyes lighting up.

He brandished the book he was reading and said to Anna, "Look! Merpeople do exist! Sylvie is a mermaid. She was the one who rescued me from the ocean all those years ago…" "You've lost your mind, Connor." Anna snatched the book and tore out the page that spoke of merpeople before continuing, "Merpeople don't exist! You told me that yourself. You also promised that I'd be the only person you'd ever love. "Do you know that ever since the video of you and Sylvie went viral, I've become a laughingstock in Jewelton? Everyone is mocking me for being deluded and overestimating myself. They all say I'm just Sylvie's substitute!"

I'm not really familiar with stories, I also don't read always so I can't] [ I see, then, why don't you tell me some stories about yourself? It's better to listen than those fairy tales. ]

Why does she feel like a stranger when she stares at the busy street of Athens, she wants to be like one of them and without learning their language, she will never be one of them. Lucky her, Hussain did try to teach her but damn, the language was not as easy as she thought it will be. She could only get the basic things like please and thank you. "What are you thinking about my love?" Hussain asked kissing the crock of her neck. That was her weak point and he knew it but he decided to be using it against her.

‘‘What, you haven’t heard them everyone knows it, its like some basic common-sense knowledge that everyone around the school knows. ‘‘Tell me the story, I want to hear it. The story about my favorite place,’’ he breathed as he looked at me. ‘‘I am not good at telling stories or anything, I would rather here you talk, because I am going to say something stupid or tell it in a bad way that will make you hate me or change your mind about me, so yeah no thank you, but I don’t want to tell any stories,’’ I breathed.

She knew she had to share her story with him, to help him understand that everything happens for a reason. As she began to speak, her voice quivered with a raw vulnerability. "Harry," she whispered, her words barely audible, "I want to tell you a story. A story about love, pain, and the trials that life throws our way. It's a story that I hope will ease your mind and give you solace in the darkest of times."
