Rejected by him, desired by all

Rejected by him, desired by all

Henry sank back into his chair, chest rising with fury. ***** “Roselia, please—let me go. For God’s sake, okay?” Mia pleaded softly, tugging at her friend’s arm. Roselia’s eyes narrowed. “And you should listen to me too, for John’s sake. Can’t you turn a blind eye just once?” “I can’t. Seriously, I can’t.” Mia’s voice wavered. “You know me since childhood. You know I can’t stand people getting hurt because of my mistakes.” Roselia softened, but her voice carried quiet frustration. “Don’t carry the world, Mia. This isn’t your fault. If anyone is to blame, it’s Zina, she didn’t pass the information on time or should i say she didn't at all.”

Bella's heart beats wildly at the sound of alexa's explanation, not expecting Marco to get so far into his life. Assuming all this was the tail of his actions which led to the compensation for the damage he had done a few days ago, little remorse after knowing it would end up like now.

Reborn Through Fire

Reborn Through Fire

Mia buried her face deep in her hands, and her choked voice carrying unknown guilt and a trace of incomprehensible complex emotions. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry... It is karma. It is karma..." She suddenly apologized repeatedly, without knowing to whom she was apologizing. She was like a complete madwoman who had broken down beyond her senses. Kisa turned her face away sadly, and tears kept falling. She would rather Gilbert come and kill her than hurt the people around her. In the dimly lit room, Lea watched a video of a traffic accident over and over again. She was tense and shivering. Just then, a burning chest pressed against her back.

if you are new reader to this novel, don't start. waste of time, author has no intention to conclude. even after all mysteries & conflict solved, they create new problems so the story never ends. gave 5* so this review won't be pushed behind
rodeo rod
author drags it too long. however, with all these happenings now, neverending failure of kisa, I hope author just make kisa die in the end, so Gilbert and Jensen will live suffering with regret. really,i hope kisa die with the baby, then it'll be worth it to read all these messy chapters. satisfyin

Maria (A Mafia Romance)

Maria (A Mafia Romance)

Maria's pov- I quickly pushed Carlos away, The feeling of guilt drowning me as I looked at the pained expression upon Lucien’s face. I had fucked up. I don’t even know how I was to explain myself. I was a mess of a woman who had no self-control. If I was someone who had believed in a greater power I would go as far as saying that I had sinned, Sinned bad enough to be shunned from the place of freedom after death.

Dripping Wet: A Collection of Forbidden Desires

Dripping Wet: A Collection of Forbidden Desires

Damien stood up quietly and left the room, giving them privacy. The silence stretched painfully. “I almost lost you,” Sophia finally whispered, her voice breaking. “Because of me. Because I shut you out.” Mia started crying. “No. This is my fault. I betrayed you. I slept with your uncle. I destroyed our friendship. I deserve this.”

Whispers Behind the Glass

Whispers Behind the Glass

“She visited me… once. I thought it was routine. But she asked strange questions. About memory. About guilt.” Adrien approached slowly. “Mila… what happened the night of the fire?” Her lips trembled. “I screamed. I remember that. Cassia was upstairs. I remember the heat. And footsteps. Someone else's running but not helping.” “You didn’t cause it,” Adrien said. “You were a child.” “No. I was a coward.” Her voice cracked. “I froze. I didn’t run back inside. I didn’t save her.” Adrien’s jaw clenched. “You were ten. You don’t shoulder blame for a tragedy orchestrated by adults. Someone wanted you to believe that guilt belonged to you. And they’re still trying to convince you of that.”

Too Late to Regret

Too Late to Regret

“Heh...” Candice let out a cold laugh. “First of all, I don’t forgive you. I’ve already reported it to the police. Second, sorry to disappoint you—someone rescued me last night. The people you hired didn’t succeed. I’m not infected, and I’m not dying. But you—you’re going to prison.” “...!” Mia’s tearful act crumbled in an instant. Her guilt, remorse, and regret peeled away like flaking paint, revealing her dark, hideous true self.

Married a Secret Billionaire

Married a Secret Billionaire

Daniel narrowed his eyes, his expression darkening. "Daniel, I'm really sorry..." Camila cried. "I shouldn't have taken her out without your permission today. But... I just wanted to discuss the final draft with her and help her relax. I never expected her health to be this bad. "It's all my fault. I shouldn't have bothered her with work at this time." Daniel remained silent, exuding a chilling aura. Camila had shouldered all the blame, but was she really so well-meaning? Was she innocent?

I've only read two books on this app. This is the second and by far the best one. The storylines are fluid, the characters are endowed with personality and most importantly the writer makes them come together seamlessly. Ideally, this is what the experience should be, uncomplicated and enjoyable.
Sharon
I like the story. However, the cost is high for books on here and they are never ending. Not that the chapters are long, but it is almost the same outlying as the other books from this author. Sometimes it takes a moment to see what characters they have actively engaged in that chapter.

MY CASANOVA MAFIA

MY CASANOVA MAFIA

"Understood, boss. We'll be ready. He turned and left the room, leaving Carla alone with her thoughts. The dim light above cast a sharp shadow across her face, highlighting the storm of emotions that churned within her. Her hands rested on the table, fingers curling into fists as a slow, bitter smile spread across her lips. They'll all learn," she murmured to herself, her voice a low growl. "Victoria, Arnulfo, Vito-every single one of them will know what it means to cross me. Her loss weighed heavily on her shoulders, but the flame of rage inside her kept her from lapsing. She is replaying the events of the night, from every minute of betrayal to every casualty. The people who sacrificed the
