The caption read, “When the drama in your life is so good, even the alpha king wants to watch.” I laughed in spite of myself. Not thinking anything of it, I sent the meme to Nick and went to bed.

If it's not my circus, not my monkey, I'm out. I've especially made it a point not to get involved with females because I know my life expectancy is short as fuck. Not for lack of trying on their part, I'm a handsome fuck if I do say so myself, or so I've been told though my sisters never cease to remind me of my good looks, which are somehow the bane of their existence. He doesn’t understand why anyone would care about a woman yelling at a cat.” “It’s not that I don’t care,” Frost protested. “I just don’t understand the context. Is this a human realm inside joke? Did something happen with this specific woman and cat?” I couldn’t help but laugh, dropping my bag by the door. “Frost, it’s just a meme. It doesn’t have to make sense. This is all a ploy. You’re playing us, aren’t you? This is all fake.” After hearing Max’s analysis, Leo’s eyes lit up with hope. “Yes, it has to be! This is just a ploy. Mia, come over here. If you come to us now, we’ll forgive you and let it slide.” Hearing their foolish assumptions, Mia could not help but laugh.

Once the words finally registered, Thiago looked at Cassian in shock. "That's right. I can help extend your life," Cassian confirmed. "You're not pulling my leg, right?" Thiago asked doubtfully. Being able to prolong one's life was something that only occurred in legends and fiction. It was yet unheard of that someone could do that in real life. "I'm not joking. I mean it," Cassian said earnestly. After observing Cassian for a while and realizing that it didn't look like he was kidding, Thiago finally asked, "How long can you extend it for?"

Mentions, messages, tags. My stomach tightened as I opened one. It was a meme caricature of my old picture. But it was too late. I’d already seen it. Another buzz. Then another. Curiosity got the better of me again. I saw a particular message from a private page in my DM.
