asks a very sore Hector, his lips barely able to open to speak. “It was holy water. Come on, let's join the others for the next round. Once back together, Rex addresses them all. “I guess, are there any tips to not attack?” asks Ash. “It shouldn’t be this hard,” says Ruby. “Stop being babies. We got this. At least I do,” says Trevor. “I didn’t think this would be hard and then I heard the blood and smelled it and I just couldn’t stop myself.” Hector sighs “Well, the only tip I can give you is willpower. Have the powerful will to control yourself. You will learn. We all learn this way. Next round. Trevor you're up.”

The other men all started to laugh but Noah his low voice cut through the noise like a knife through butter, “Tristan is right. We need the Black Rain pack, and we are stronger with them by our side. Do I need to remind you all that war is only a last resource not a solution for everything. If we would live like that then in a few years, there would be barely any wolves left.” They all bowed their heads and Lola felt impressed by Noah for the first time. Then she heard Dan whisper to Tristan so only, they could hear it. “I will rip you apart for this. You still think you can go against me you weak cunt?” Lola scraped her throat and spoke loudly, “You know what I wonder? How can it be that so

3RD PERSON Everyone is holding their breath while waiting for the duel between Black Dragon and Hercules to start. They seems to be trying to gauge each other’s skill on the sword. Hercules is using a longsword and JD is using a katana. Who will dominate the duel? Everyone is waiting to witness it. Finally, Hercules raised his sword and attacks JD in full force. JD just lightly flicks his katana towards his longsword and deflects the attack. “Is that your best?” JD asks Hercules who is already starting to get annoyed.

His fur was much shaggier. "What the f*** is that?" "That is Jax's berserker form and everything we know just got f***ed"

Then he would face the embodiment of terror. With supernatural speed, I darted across the street and dove into the alley between the two buildings. Bastard didn’t know he was dealing with an enforcer from the Volkovs, the notorious werewolf mafia, and my adopted family. Few outside of our pack knew we were actual werewolves and we liked it that way. My claws extended and I raked them down the side of the dumpster. I heard his heart rate speed up, and I smiled. “You stole from the wrong person,” I said, adding a growl at the end.

This guy was just too skinny and light for Kalen to struggle to bring him down. Bam!! Bam!! Bam!! The fall disoriented him, so he couldn’t react as Kalen unleashed a flurry of blows at his face. The Berserker Battle Mode is a very straightforward and easy divine battle art, but don’t dare underestimate its strength. This series of calculations by him was all it took to kill this troublesome fellow. His flurry of blows blew his opponent’s head off, as his brain matters scattered all over the floor. The spectators were slow to react but as soon as they understood, cheers erupted everywhere.

My girls wore gloves and held first aid boxes, they were treating the injured people. “Iris!” We hugged in silence. “You need to be at the battle field now, Luna. Only you can stop him, he is going berserk.” Ivan said. “What?” “Bullshit! She isn't leaving my sight! Did you see him?” Eloise exclaimed, Rhea and Sam covered me protectively. Did he just say berserk? Oh shit! I already knew what it meant, Carrie explained. I released myself from their grip, and ran as fast as I could towards the battlefield. I remembered the location as Beom had taken me once as a council member.

[POV: Viggo] Most people thought Berserkers were just a house burning down. They saw the foaming mouth, the capillary-burst eyes, the hammer swinging without thought. They didn't see the forge. They didn't understand that to hold that much fire inside your skin without turning to ash required a discipline harder than Barzil’s iron. My blood ran hot—literally. A fever heat that lived permanently under my skin, itching to be let out. It crawled along my nerve endings, a constant, low-voltage hum that demanded violence to quiet down.

There were occasional skirmishes with the kingdoms around them over borders or resources, such as the one Rok Phin claimed to have earned his scar battling in, but for the most part, the twelve kingdoms had a common enemy--the largest empire in all of the lands, the dark kingdom to the west, Beelzanborg. Even the dragon had to fear the empires of Beelzanborg because he did not require a sacrifice from the enormous kingdom, even though its borders were well within the dragon’s ability to reach in a single flight. Surrounded by large jagged peaks, with thick forests and swamplands, Beelzanborg had claimed many a warrior over the centuries as the neighbors had attempted to push the empire back
