[Brielle’s POV] L: I’ll be home soon; be sure to have on something nice. B: Of course. Grinning, I sit my phone down and look down at the lingerie that I’m wearing. I was sure that this would be enough to get L turned on, and maybe he would finally take me. So far, he still refused to fuck me, but I wasn’t going to just allow this to go on. He wanted me, and I wanted him, so why was he hesitating to go all the way with me?

Chander's sudden interruption brought her back. "Miss Hila, let me help you take care of the other eleven." She didn't feel light headed or drunk anymore. "Why would you help me? You are in no position to gain anything from their deaths and if you are, just shut it and consider yourself lucky that your competition just got lower." She took off the robe and was left covered by a tiny sleeveless navy blue dress that barely covered even half her thighs. The pair of linen dolphin shorts of the same color loosely swayed as she moved towards him.

"Lainee is back at the pack. I needed her there to watch over them all." "Blaine wanted to come but she has to fill in for me," Allen added. Disappointment washed over me and I instantly felt stupid for thinking they would've came. Lainee's the Luna so she has to stay behind and Blaine is the Beta sister. I should've known.

The room was quiet as everyone stared from her to the brave lady. "Introduce yourself," Lindsey said turning towards her. The lady smirked. "You are new here, so I think you should start with the introduction," She said making Lindsey scoff. Lindsey turned to Joyce who was seated left beside her as if directing the question to her. "She's ms Lilian, head of the team one department, in charge of fruit selection and refining," Joyce said. "Hmm, that's such a high-profiled job for you, don't you agree with me Ms. Lillian," Lindsey asked shifting her gaze to her. Ms. Lillian scoffed still staring deeply into Lindsey's eyes.

“She said...she said if I did this, she’d take care of me. That she’d make sure I wouldn’t have to struggle anymore. But I swear, Scarlet, I didn’t know it would go this far. I didn’t know—” Scarlet cut her off with a glare. “You didn’t know? You knew exactly what you were doing when you tried to destroy that dress. When you put your loyalty in Jade instead of thinking for yourself.” Lillian’s sobs filled the room, but Scarlet didn’t care. She turned toward the door, calling out sharply, “Easton.” The door opened, and Easton stepped in, his expression unreadable as his gaze swept over Lillian’s pitiful form. Scarlet turned to him, her voice calm but firm.

Nothing that invited pity. Nathaniel stood just outside the frame. Elena sat behind the camera, present but unseen. When the recording began, Lillian did not smile. She did not harden either. She spoke as someone who had already accepted the truth of what she was about to say. “My name is Lillian Bloom,” she began. “I was adopted as a child under circumstances that were not ordinary.” She did not pause for effect. “I did not know the details until recently. I did not participate in them. I did not benefit from secrecy. I survived because someone chose action over protocol.”

Lily, who was lost in her thoughts did not hear what Mr McClean asked so when she opened her mouth the only word that came out was, "What?" "I like playing tennis ball. Long tennis. I do that for fun. What do you like to do for fun?" Mr McClean asked again. "Er, yes, I like to read," Lily replied. "Any physical activity?" Mr McClean asked as they resumed their walking. "I could say football, but I have never played one," Lily replied. "That is interesting. I have never heard of women expressing interest in football. Would you like to give it a try?" Mr McClean asked.

The two girls spoke at the same time. "You go first," Rita said with a smile. "Listen, Rita. You better be careful. Lots of companies in F City had went bust. Your Brown Group must pay more attention to it, especially the group's collaborations," said Lillian seriously. Rita seemed lost in thought. She knew Lillian well. Lillian was descended from a noble family. Her father had always indulged her. Until today, she had known nothing about business. Because of this, her words were so odd.

Lillian’s POV When I said “I do” in the aisle with my plain white dress and sweet smile, I never thought I'd be preparing a date for my husband and his mistress on our anniversary. Being the first Omega to become a Luna, my life isn’t really a Cinderella-like story that everyone envies me for. I am Lilian Harrington-Edwards, a nobody whose mother is an alcoholic gambler and a father who is out of the picture from the start.

Lilian walked inside proudly and everyone turned to watch her, she had a look of triumph on her face as she stared at everyone with contempt. “How did she get a movie role?” A person muttered. “She’s very powerful and influential, I heard the lots of directors recommended her” Another replied. “Hey you, how dare you? Are you blind, why would you step on my dress? Do you know how much I got this?!” Lilian demanded angrily, placing a slap on Brianna’s face and everybody gasped. “I’m sorry, please forgive me senior” Brianna pleaded, going on her knees and Lilian eyes her angrily.
