Becoming Luna
“I know more than you think.”
My wolf stirred, annoyed.
I stepped closer.
“I came here for the flower,” I said firmly. “But right now I also want my Luna back.”
“Mm,” she hummed, nodding slowly. “Yes. That’s the line you’re going with.”
My fists clenched.
“It’s not a line.”
“Of course it is.”
She walked past me again, circling.
“First it was the flower,” she continued casually. “Then it was Selene.”
