Glen pulled back slightly, confusion flashing across his face.
“Hate what?”
“I hate that I feel jealous,” I admitted, my voice breaking. “I shouldn’t feel jealous, you’re fucking engaged, I shouldn’t keep coming back to you like this.”
The tears finally slipped free, “but yet I always do.”
“I don't know why you're jealous, I've never done anything to her that would make you feel this agitated or jealous,” he said softly while his hands were now firmly wrapped around my waist facing me.
“Even if you don't do anything, the way she looks at you, the way she calls you in those words that sends shivers down my spine, I'm not supposed to be mad or jealous but I always find myself crumbling.”
