Little Ce who heard his twin's words immediately said, "Hey, since when can worms wiggle? Especially in the stomach." "You are too innocent. If the teacher explains in class, you should listen to it. Don't be stupid. Little Mommy and Daddy will be ashamed of you." The answer from Little Ron was very annoying. Little Ce immediately put his lips forward, he didn't cry, but directly hit his hand on Little Ron's head. "You're the stupid one." Then the little boy with natural features different from his twin, ran towards the kitchen. Little Ron was silent, as if digesting what his twin had done.

Rachel “I can’t believe he’s going to start kindergarten tomorrow.” I sighed and leaned against the counter. “Can you believe how big he’s gotten?” Taylor wrenched the refrigerator door open and rummaged around. She returned with two cans of iced tea and a tub of ice cream. Wordlessly, she pulled out two spoons and handed me one. “Yeah, I can’t believe it either. Our little Ron is all grown up.” “I’m not little,” Ron protested from his spot in the living room. He glanced over at us, blonde hair tousled to the side and his blue eyes full of annoyance. “I’m five now, remember?”

Judging by his clothes and hairstyle, I guessed it was taken in the late sixties or early seventies. "That was Ron. Ronald Gordon. A playwright. A real talent, sadly forgotten today. He's long gone now. Cancer took him from us in '78, tragically young. I suppose it was a mercy he never saw the devastation of the plague years. But he was the love of my life." I had never even imagined Professor Ryan having a love life, let alone a gay one. "I never guessed," I confessed sheepishly.

If I didn't know that he was a businessman, I would've pegged him as a lawyer. "The girl was originally from Lakewood, and then she was caught in this pack." He leaned forward in the armchair, resting his elbows against his thighs and pressing his fingers together as he spoke. "Ruby is Lakewood's Luna," he commented as he began making a point. "You're Montana's Alpha." He gave a nod towards his brother. Kellen interrupted. "Technically, she isn't the Luna yet. She still has to be marked by Alpha Grant," he corrected Dylan, who rolled his eyes in annoyance.

But Ron was behaving weirdly, he was glaring at Raj. What happened to him?? 🤨🤨

And he was fast. He launched himself not at Eli in the doorway, but at the closest, most familiar target. Ron. “RUN, RON!” Ethel shrieked. But Ron didn’t run. He stood his ground, his arms outstretched, his face a torrent of tears and denial. “Robbie, no! It’s me!” It was a plea born of love, a final, desperate attempt to call his brother back from the abyss. It was a fatal mistake.

He laughed at the funny little collar that kept trying to fold sideways, and I laughed too. After that, I called one of the maids. “Alima, please get Ronan some dinner. Make it ready now. Something he likes,” I said, giving her instructions while Ronan ran around the living room with a small toy car. The smells of food filled the air soon after. I picked him up and fed him little bites, his tiny hands sometimes brushing mine as he tried to grab the spoon himself. He laughed when a bit of sauce smeared on his cheek, and I wiped it off with my thumb, smiling at how small problems could make a moment perfect.

Everything is great on that front. Today is the family reunion, and Molly and her mate, former Alpha Ronan, are grilling the meat for us. They just volunteered to do it. Ronan is amazing with the kids. He is so happy with Molly, and he has made her so happy. I guess she talked him into moving up here with her, because Molly has assured me, they are not leaving this pack.

He asked softly, "May I ask, who are you? What's the matter?" Ronny laughed and said condescendingly, "You don't even know me, and you wish to join the Stanford family? I'm Selina's childhood friend and cousin, Ronny Cruz!"
