“No, but I appreciate the sentiment.” After the plate of oysters arrived, the women began to eat their weight in mollusks, Lizzie only realizing after she’d begun eating how hungry she actually was. She’d been tired and sick to her stomach lately, which she’d chalked up to stress and anxiety. But now she could eat the entire plate of oysters by her lonesome if left alone. As the group was about to leave, Lizzie felt someone touch her shoulder. But before he could ask, she politely introduced herself. "I'm Liz Brown, by the way. We've never actually met, but I've heard a lot about you." Gage's confusion cleared, and he smiled, feeling a spark of attraction. "Nice to meet you, Liz, what you do by the way?" he said, taking her hand and helping her sit back down. “I’m a Ceramicist.” She replied. As they perused the menu and ordered their food, "Oh! That’s..That’s great,” Gage couldn't help but notice the book peeking out of Liz's purse. “Um..You're a reader, I see," he said, nodding towards the book.

Everything they said about Gwyneth was now thrown at Elizabeth ten times harder. Elizabeth heard of said rumors, and her eyes turned red as she stood in front of Liam's office with her hands clenched. 'I almost succeeded in getting the people here to be on my side. I had no idea that eyesore of a woman, Gwyneth, was the CEO of AMC Group. But so what?! I've been with Liam for years! How could I still lose to her?' Thinking of this, Elizabeth bit her lip and was ready to knock when she saw Larry walking over. "Ms. Lisle, Mr. Luther is discussing some matters with Ms. Glen. Please don't disturb them."

Lizzie shook her head, "It's nothing really, let's go!" "Are you sure you're okay?" Louise walked with her across the verdant campus. "Yep," Lizzie replied faintly. She didn't want to let Louise know that she was considering taking up another part-time job, especially since she hadn’t landed one yet. "We have two more classes this afternoon. Let's have a hearty lunch! You're losing weight, aren’t you?" Louise noted while holding her slender arm. "No way, I haven’t lost weight!" Lizzie denied, "Come on, let's go, aren't we getting something delicious to eat?"

Mia covered her mouth, realizing she’d said too much. “Maybe… maybe you mixed up the answer sheet? Like, you put the answers in the wrong places or something… I don’t just understand.” I just looked at him. “Maybe.” Lizzie suddenly burst into a wicked kind of laugh. “A ZERO! The great Zella Midnight, the genius, got a BIG FAT GOOSE EGG!” She was practically glowing. “Wait till my dad hears. Wait till DAVE hears!”

“You humiliated me publicly. You destroyed my life because you couldn’t handle rejection.” Her eyes flashed dangerously. “You have no proof.” I smiled faintly. That smile alone unsettled her immediately. Good. Because unlike seven years ago… I was no longer powerless. And maybe part of her finally sensed that. Before she could respond— Lizzie suddenly stepped forward dramatically. “Oh no,” she announced loudly. “Absolutely not.” Taylor looked at her irritably. “This doesn’t concern you.” “It concerns me deeply,” Lizzie replied proudly. “Because I’ve been waiting seven years to insult you properly.”

I looked for Stewart at every angle but couldn’t see a trace of him. I did notice one of the girls I’d seen at the festival grounds. Her name was Lizzie, and she had long brown hair like me and Cadence and was also about our height. I could see her behind Jamie while Brandon and him were talking, just over his left shoulder, and she seemed to be watching them. I tried jumping back into her head to see if I could figure out why, but it was part of her memories that were scrambled from whatever Holland had done to her.
