the biggest warrior stammered. The new man didn't even bother with the warriors alive or dead and instead kept his blue eyes on me as he beelined it straight before me. Seeing the interest in his pupils I gritted my molars and pleaded with Lark to save me before ‘his highness’ started pawing at me. “Bring me the young Dökkálfar. We shall see where this dark one's loyalty lies,” Frost said with a cruel sneer. I watched in horror as one of them came from the trees and manhandled a small boy who was the carbon copy of Lark. They tossed him to my frozen feet and I told him hello, curious if the child was related to Mister Skinner.

Oh, this will be fun. “Let me play, please let me play,” Jadara says, and I shake my head. “No, you won’t. I’ve got this.” I tell her as I lift my head higher in full defiance with him. He hates it most. “Make me then if you have the balls to, Lord Farquaad. But I know you don’t. So, do your worst.” I taunt him further, knowing I am pushing his buttons. I look at my mom and nod for her to release him. She drops him and he screams.

Once inside my skilled warriors will follow my orders and the throne will be mine. “Perfect.” The faerie responded, jotting down some notes. “Oh and one other matter, the King has inquired on when you’ll let his royal advisors go, a Sir Draq, and a Sir Dru; they’re dragon shifters and they’re thought to be in the dungeons.” The faerie asked raising her head and once again starring me straight in my eyes. My wolf wanted to pounce and claw her throat out, luckily I had full control over him and was able to keep him leashed.

What the heck. "So this is why Avril was obsessed with marrying you," Kuha grins broader as he gets closer. His hair is dark, and his teeth are all sharp, not only the canine ones. "Thail, the shunned son of the chief, is powerful after all! I had no clue you could shape-shift in a dragon!" A wave of discomfort moves through me when Kuha shows no apprehension. One would think he would fear a dragon of Thail's caliber, but he seems more curious than frightened.

As Kaerlia's words hung in the air, a chilling silence settled over the chamber. Then, unexpectedly, Farah erupted into maniacal laughter, a sound that sent shivers down Kaerlia's spine. It was a laugh devoid of empathy or sanity, a laugh that revealed the darkness that had consumed Farah. The laughter continued, echoing through the room as Farah took menacing steps closer to Kaerlia, who was now paralyzed with a mixture of dread and disbelief. It was a horrifying realization that the person she once knew was gone, replaced by a malevolent force.

Freya felt the feeling of distaste return to her stomach as she thought of that. The fair goddess stood abruptly, wearing a smile that Freya identified as fake. “I'm sorry for my manners, my Lady. I'm general Karen, the chief of Lord Draven's army.“ She shot a glance at Draven as she said her last words, but he was too busy looking elsewhere.

King Thorvald asked looking behind him in the direction that princess Freda was looking at. “He thought he will give it a go,” Princess Freda says quickly, remembering that no one knew that Prince Ra could shift. “And did it work?” Prince Deacon asked. “You know it didn’t work,” Prince Ra said, joining them. “Excuse me,” Prince Deacon said walking over to Shysie that was about to leave. “Miss Shysie,” Prince Deacon called after her, making her turn around. “What do you want?” Shysie asked rudely.

“Please let me prepare for their abode, master.” Shadow dismissed him almost immediately because her prompt behavior did have a setback. She couldn’t let them stay anywhere. These people were less strong than SQE but highly effective and skilled to prepare for her new plan. Unfortunately, her old plan had to be washed down to drain. The enemies had to sniff her moves somehow. She needed several backups just in case. “Shepherd Farizad, Shepherd Jenny.” “Master,” the male Shepherd named Farizad – wearing their official knee-length sleeveless coat. A lamb’s ears and horns attached to the hoodie – answered her formally.

About the plans to escape from the pack, and about the names of the triplets. Leonarya had bided her time, keeping tabs both on Sheila and Tempest, unknown to them. Yet, somehow the other two children had invaded her grasp. She hadn’t banked on Tempest to be aware of the children being in danger at their birth. But Freya had been enough to hold Legardo’s attention, had been enough to include her in his plans. She laughed again when she noticed Zipfarah fighting against the magic. “Don’t bother mother, you can’t win against it.”

Ereb hated when his sons allowed themselves to clown. “Did you bring another traitor's corpse?” The head smiled wryly. “You'd better listen to me. I contacted Argalid and this is what I found out about your friend Forky.” The last time he was seen at the post, from where he again brazenly escaped to the shore, where he was seen having relations with human women. The details are such that more than once he exposed his shell to these unworthy and didn’t disdain to satisfy his desires. After that, he returned to Imbra and was caught by other soldiers. They cut his hair, and in retaliation for this, Forky expressed not only insults and vile speculation to the queen about her true nature, but thr
