Nicholas’s POV “Let me go! Let me go! Get your filthy hands off me!” Liora’s voice rang out in pure panic. Two of the enemy warriors dragged her forward, gripping her arms tightly. She struggled wildly, kicking and twisting, but they were too strong. Her heels dug uselessly into the blood-soaked dirt, leaving long, desperate furrows. I could see the raw terror in her eyes. I almost felt bad. Dillian roared and rushed toward her. “Let her go!”

Urged on by his support, the warriors moved again. So did I. A Warrior came at me brazenly from the front. In one swift motion, I knocked his feet out from under him, so that he landed with a deafening thud on the hard ground. Maya shouted, and I turned to see one of the men had her by the hair.

Around her, the battlefield blurred into mist. Iris stood there, bathed in moonlight. “You are stronger than this,” Iris murmured. “But strength means nothing without love. You must remind them what they fight for.” “I don’t know how,” Liora whispered brokenly. “They don’t listen. They want war.” “Then show them something greater than war.” --- Scene 6: Flames and Shadows Liora’s eyes snapped open, glowing brighter than the fractured moon above. She threw back her head and howled. The sound rolled across the plains like a wave of thunder, freezing every wolf mid-battle. Even the fire seemed to hesitate.

Liora blinked. “You are born and brought up from a warrior’s garden,” Dorcas said with force. “Stop acting like a fragile egg. Stand like a warrior!” Liora straightened up, trying not to laugh. I covered my mouth, trying not to laugh too loud too. Dorcas pointed her finger like a general. “Again, say it—I’m a warrior!” Liora shouted, “I’m a warrior!” Dorcas nodded. “Good. Now, smile like one too.”

Leo stumbled a bit as I quickly grabbed his arm to steady him. He kept looking at his Miss Warrior trying to control my breath, I saw something in her eyes. Regret. Pain. Maybe even love. “Miss Warrior?” his voice trembled, fragile. “What… what does she mean?” She opened her mouth to speak but she spoke nothing. She just stood there, staring at me like the truth was on the tip of her tongue but locked away. Why wouldn’t she answer? Why wouldn’t she tell me? I just stood beside Leo, my gaze was sharp. My fists clenched tightly. I was unsettled. And Leo? He just felt… broken.

Kieran’s POV It was easier to say I was moving on than to actually do it. I sighed, turned the page of the book I was reading, and tried to focus on the words. The book was one of war strategy in werewolf packs, describing different formations, the best positions to claim on the battle field, tactics, and ways to keep your wolves motivated. It was the sort of thing I often read, finding interest in running and ruling a pack, and trying to put what I learnt into my training as a Warrior Wolf. I’d always thought that I’d be a better soldier if I understood the scope of war as a whole.

I wasn't ready to be a Luna of a dove, bowing down and smiling gibberish to the people and my so-called Alpha or speaking unnecessary items with the women, I wanted to be a Luna of steel, a warrior Luna as I fight and take off every infiltrating rogue and supernatural dangerous enemies that seem to be poking around to cause a stir. I've lived all my life fighting, I never had a teacher except my and my father exiled all the female warriors in the Red Stone Pack to prevent me from learning from them while growing up. The male warriors were never seen around the Pack mansion as he knew that I would ask for their guidance.

They both nodded. "Give me the money." I said to Christian and he shook his head and I looked at him weirdly "I told you I need to come to check what you buy." He said "I'll give you all the details of the-" "I'm your leader, don't disrespect me." He said coldly and hat shut my mouth "How about I'm the one who go with Hailey?" Is Chana stupid? "No." Christian said while reading something "I promise-" "I'll break your nose." Lia said and that makes Chana shocked. Chana glared at Lia after that.

He explained the customs in detail, confirming what I’d read in that werewolf book. “Mhm, interesting. I read something about that in the werewolf book.” I nodded. “Werewolf book?” He frowned slightly. “Yeah. James’s mom gave me this children’s book—it’s like a Werewolf World 101. I’m taking baby steps to get to know your world and your ways.” I said, half-sarcastic, half-aware of how much of an uneducated outsider I really was. “Anyway, back to the topic of your approachability. Based on what you’ve told me, the only werewolves who actually see and interact with you daily are the lead warriors and high-ranking members. How is that approachable?”
