Lower Moon 4 Novels & Stories

Sera and Luiz screamed looking at me like I had grown a thousand heads. “ the moon goddess won’t be that cruel to mate me with a bully,” Luiz said. Sera rolled her eyes playfully. “We’re best friends Monna,” she said making me nod “Oh now that makes sense” That worked, they both forgot I was shaking my head like a maniac earlier. “So Monna, you’re new?” Luiz asked when we started eating. “Yeah,” I answered with a fry-filled mouth. “She’s from Crescent Moon” Sera chirped in

But I will find her. "Katie's POV" The sun was starting to set out the window, a red hue taking over the sky. Tonight was a blood moon and me and Jax were supposed to be having our ceremony tonight... I have a bad feeling that he can't find me. I am in this on my own at this point. My body is still cramping, and at this point it feels like a bad period. My heart was shattered as I watched the stars start peppering the sky. Loud footsteps suddenly sounded from down the hall. I could hear them growing closer. The whistle was echoing the tune of a ring around the rosie's, and it sounded horrifying. Standing up, I lifted my chin and waited for him to say something. The whistle paused when he mad

Azalea's POV Every full moon night, something strange happens. I don't know exactly what happened last night. But as I washed my hair in the sink this morning, I could vividly recall my dream last night, when I "wolfed-out" and ran through the streets of Brooklyn. The moonlight illuminated my path, made everything enveloped in silver light, and I was completely happy. I haven't been that happy in a long time. The thing is, I'm not a wolf. I'm an ordinary human... right? And werewolves don't exist... right?

Lory’s POV Since I had already slept enough during the day, in the evening when the month came out, I was as awake as I could be. I persuaded the Jacksons to go for a walk with me to come to the woods. Despite the fact that we were so far from home, the moon was still the same as at home. The forest and its sounds were different, but the moon was the same, and thanks to that, I wasn't homesick. It was exciting to discover the nature of this continent. There were different trees, leans, flowers, the aroma of which was sweet and luscious, moist and at the same time pleasantly warm. There were many insects in the forest, much taller plants, than in our forests. We walked through nature together

Walking up to my side, he kept a polite distance as 'engaged couples' would. He clearly heard my whisper but was trying to appear unconcerned. I turned slightly, smiling faintly, shyly and hopefully as the future queen would. "Just thinking about the prayer to the Moon Goddess in three days." That was the truth. New moons were the moment when the Moon Goddess' power would wane, and it would be most suited for a grand farewell and a quiet escape. Daniel chuckled in turn, turning away and looking up to the distant skies. "The Moon Goddess will protect you, Susan."

he whispered. “No,” Damian agreed. “It’s better.” That night, Luna dreamed. Not of war. Of the fourth moon. In the dream, it spoke. A girl’s voice. Young. Ancient. Two moons orbit. Three moons war. Four moons free. She woke with tears on her face and a name on her lips. “Selene.” Not the goddess. The moon. Damian held her while she shook. “What did you see?” “The truth,” Luna whispered. “We’re not the end. We’re the beginning. The fourth moon… it’s not a moon. It’s a promise. That wolves can be free.”

Everyone was in a rush but why? "What's going on?" I asked them. They stared at me with the look it's a mess out. "You didn't check the news did you?" Scott asked. I shake my head in denial. What was there to check anyways. I don't have time for news and all. "Look, " he said switching the news channel on the TV. " Breaking News: Kayden Moonlight from the Band name Moonlight is spotted at MC Hospital with a female patient, who seems to be in serious condition ."

Upon finishing from his side, Jonathan moved towards Iris who was trembling like a leaf under the heated gaze of Leonard. "Iris, now you would repeat whatever I would say." She turned her gaze down when Jonathan's eyes matched her. She was not going to let that happen so easily. It shouldn't be like this. "I, Iris Lockwood....... " Jonathan started to speak the phrase that Iris had to repeat before Leonard would mark her under the Blue Moon. This was the one-time opportunity that Leonard would get at that moment. If he would fail to mark her that day, he had to wait for a long to get it. That would be a risk on his part too. In case Iris's previous owner returns and has already left an impre

Dark circles bruise the skin beneath his eyes. "Luna." He nods, hovering near the footboard like I might bolt. "You're needed downstairs." I swallow a laugh. Needed. What a joke. "Why?" "New Moon tonight." His fingers flex at his sides. "Security protocols." Ah. The monthly reminder that I'm the pack's weakest link.

Why is the moon sometimes high and sometimes large and close? I’d search it on my phone, but I’m stingy with my data at the end of the month. I need it for work. If I use the mushroom money to get us unlimited plans, I could search whatever I want whenever I want. Moon facts. New herbs to grow. I could watch videos of the shifter fights. Killian was brutal tonight. He took every bit of punishment Lochlan dished out as he waited for an opening. His face was totally intent. His eyes were pure blue. No gold. His wolf had nothing to do with it.
