Luca, who had been silently brooding by the door, finally spoke up. "It's not enough," he growled. "We're still playing catch-up."
Sofia turned to face him, struck by the tension radiating from his body. "What happened?" she asked softly. "What's got you so worked up?"
For a moment, it seemed like Luca might not answer. Then, with a frustrated sigh, he ran a hand through his hair. "There was an attack on one of our shipyards last night. Three of our men killed, millions in damage."
