Luna's Choice Kat Silver Novels & Stories

She shrieks as she tries to keep Silver steady as she thrashes on the ground. Xillon positions himself beside them. He rests a hand over her heart and one on her forehead and all movement ceases. Her breathing is shallow, but with Janus gone, I can’t detect her heartbeat. I pissed him off this time. “Don’t just stand there; fetch Cadance. She should have arrived with Jarek by now.” Luna commands, and her eyes glaze over as she sends a mind link. I roll my eyes and stay planted in the doorway. I might not have to abduct her. Silver might make my job easier by ceasing to exist all together. Wouldn't want to miss that momentous occasion, engaging someone Luna is already conversing with.

“Fine, let’s go, '' he said. I stood up as I followed behind them, they are all powerful, nobody like me can’t work beside them. But Silver noticed I was behind them and he came beside me, he held my hand as we walked side by side. I looked at him conflicted, should I continue to trust him? What if he breaks my trust again? Can he accept me as I am woofless? Even if he does what of the pack? I have never heard of a wolfless Luna and pack members love when their Luna is powerful because she is part of the people that will protect them when need arises, but I am weak currently and I don’t know how things will go because I doubt I have a wolf. But what I hope for is even if the pack doesn’t acc

I couldn’t decide which one I should prioritize, but one thing is for sure: I won’t let Leo get what he desires. “I’ve already made up my mind, Leo,” I said, shutting my eyes for a second to brace myself for the worst. “I’ve decided to take Alpha Lucas’ life and be your chosen mate at the same time as fulfilling the role and responsibilities as the Silver Moon Pack’s Luna,” I coldly responded.

The one Amelia claimed would be hers. He barely knew I existed, not the less give me a chance to be his chosen. And maybe that was for the best. “You know nothing about the bond, Amelia.” I whispered, my palms still on my cheeks. Amelia leaned in. “The brave mutt still has the guts to talk back at me,” she smiled “Anyways, for your information; I know enough to say this—you’ll never be Luna. You’ll never even be loved. The only thing you're good for, Silver, is making the rest of us look better.”

Was this the one? “Guards, take her away,” Alpha Zach ordered coldly. Luna Amarylis shook her head. “Stop!” Kath’s scream echoed through the area. Two guards seized her, holding her as she struggled violently. Far behind them, Keona smirked at the chaos. She thought she was doomed, but instead, Kath had destroyed herself reckless and foolish. Keona signaled with her eyes for her two friends to follow where the guards were taking Kath. “Throw her out.” “Throw her out!”

This is a woman that likes to go very extra, I can tell that much about her personality already. “I am Donna Martins, the Luna of Frost Claw”. I make to introduce myself too but she quickly interrupts. “You don't have to, silly. Of course I know who you are”. Right….of course every pack that has ears must have heard of Silver Glow’s Luna from the south. It doesn't help that as far as I can see, I'm the most dark haired person in the room. I offer a sheepish smile to Donna and she leans over and links her arm through mine, gesturing to the waiter to get me a drink. I reach for a glass of champagne and offer her a thank you.

The Luna’s First Command The silver dagger felt like ice against my throat. Claire’s smile was wide, her eyes glowing with a predatory light that shouldn't belong to a "perfect" Luna. "The silver-pits are a long walk, Claire," I whispered, my heart hammering against my ribs. "You really want to get your expensive heels dirty on your first night?"

he said, grinning. She tried her best to smile, but couldn’t. Aaron was instantly beside her, placing an arm over her shoulder. “Hey. What’s wrong?” he asked, cupping her chin, lifting her face to meet his eyes. Keyah looked at him sadly. She wished she could lie just so she could spend more time with him, but it wouldn’t be fair on either of them. She held up her father’s diary. “Silver Wolves apparently are only ever allowed to mate with others from the pack. They’ll not accept you as my fated mate. I’m afraid I’ll have to continue this journey on my own.”

But she did not hesitate, because some wounds became fatal if left untreated. And Ronan Ashmoor had become one of them. "He has chosen," she said quietly, something fierce and broken burning behind her tears. "So will I." Outside, the moon watched in silence as the Luna of Silvercrest made a choice that would change countless lives. She would never again beg for love. Never again wait to be chosen. Never again bleed for a man who had turned his back when she needed him most. And for the first time since her heart had broken in years... Kaelara chose herself.

In front of everyone, he pulled off the Alpha bone ring—the ultimate symbol of power—and placed it on the floor. "I hereby renounce my title as Alpha of the Crescent Moon Pack. I surrender myself to the pack's justice." His voice was raw but firm. "Through my own blindness and bias, I committed the grave sin of exiling my fated mate. I killed my own Luna." The room was dead silent. My parents wept openly in the corner. Kane looked up, his eyes totally lifeless. "I ask to be sent to the Silver Dungeon. I will never step out again."
