Lunar Novel Novels & Stories

“Feel Serena, feel the pull of the moon. It’s in your blood, older than any pack.” I paused, and held my breath. Every new action on Serena’s part was faster, more decisive, and then—there was a bright flash from her, a burst of lunar energy that surged through the clearing. The warriors stood stock still, huge-eyed, as the gleam blazed through the black gulf of night. Serena gasped, stepped back and her sleeve fell back as well on her arm. It was there, on her skin, a mark. A swirling, crescent-shaped scar that glowed dimly, just like the one cut deep into the rogue’s tree.

But he shook his head and reminded me that the attackers only wanted the women. I grabbed Lizzy’s hand and began to follow our men to Uncle Luther’s safe house, but before we even got to the door, another dozen of Kane’s men walked in. And to my horror, one of them was very familiar. Kane’s men proceeded to easily overpower ours and the familiar man stepped towards us. “Greyson,” I gasped and he smirked. “Hello Luna, it’s been too long. I have been looking forward to seeing you again.” He said with a sinister smile.

Scott’s Point of View The morning starts like most others, early and cold. Marcus falls into step beside me as we move along the patrol line, a few warriors trailing behind us. “You’re quiet today,” he says, glancing at me. “I’m always quiet on patrol.” “No,” he counters immediately. “You’re brooding. That’s different.” I exhale slowly. “I’m not brooding.” “Right,” he mutters. “And I’m the Luna.” I shoot him a look.

Reluctantly, he took his gaze away from Luna and he too watched the moon. The two quietly stood side by side. One was a few centuries old general and the other an unrelenting youth in her teens. But between them was a connection of tacit understanding. Eventually, Luna spoke in a quiet voice, "What... is this place?" "This is... the wandering Mirror of the Moon."

“We should rejoice, Kingdom of the Lycans! After a thousand years— the Goddess has chosen another Luna to save us from a catastrophe that the higher heavens bestowed!” Yulo’s announcement made the crowd roar in excitement and happiness about the new Luna.

Everyone on the room had gone speechless from the story that Ernaline had just told them. " Lucretia really do all of this?" Lewis asked speechless as he stared at a Ernaline. Who would have thought that their Luna that is so highly respected was nothing but a murder and she didn't just kill one person but an entire family. "She had done a lot more than this to become the destined Luna" she spoke, Xavier did see a word he just stood with his eyes wide open listening to their conversation.

Lucinda can also be short for Lucia. My mother was the one who ended the war. The savior, whom they called the Moon Goddess, had silver hair, ended the war with the demons, and then disappeared for 500 years. My mind was about to be fried when I put the pieces together, all the evidence leading towards my mother. She's not only the princess of Altera but the Moon Goddess!

Then the strangest thing happened, slowly the moon began to descend from the sky right before my eyes and as it did, it got small and smaller until finally, it came in through the open roof and went straight into the orb that was in the woman’s hand. The orb gave off a soft silvery glow at first before it exploded with a bright light that made me shield my eyes. The eye of the statue lit up too and then it spoke to me, “Javier, the first mate of the chosen one.” I still shielded my eyes until the light dimmed and I could see again, “Who the hell are you? What am I doing here?” “I am Lunar, the goddess of the moon and the mother of all werewolves, Lycans, and otherwise.”

They are hanging loosely off his hips. "Have you figured it out yet Maggie?" as he reaches out to feel my forehead. "Figures what out?" He lets a small laugh out "You are a late bloomer. You are known as Lupus werewolf. You get your wolf on the first full moon of your 29th Birth year. You are a rare breed but to be one of the strongest of wolves out there."
