Lunar Novel Novels & Stories

I had read one so I focused on the other. The text was faded but still readable since it was written in very dark ink. “When twin alphas are born under the bleeding moon, the balance will be tested. One of light, one of darkness. A special Lunar Child will emerge, marked by the moon herself. Her gift shall bind or break the pack.” Marked by the moon?

"This one says that Moonborn helped stop a war between groups in 1702. We kept all creatures from being discovered by humans." Lunas voice was shaking too. ". This one says that Moonborn healers used their powers to stop a sickness that was killing werewolves." She looked at Nelly. "We were not people. We were trying to help." Nelly pulled out a book with a silver ribbon in it. "This is from the journal of your great-grandmother Mira. Read it." I took the book. Started reading. The writing was nice. It looked like someone had written it in a hurry. My throat felt tight as I read out loud.

My legs felt like jelly, but I pushed myself forward toward the small, glowing pond at the far end of the garden. And there they were. The Lunar Lilies. They were delicate, translucent flowers that seemed to be made of trapped starlight. They bloomed in the shallow water, their petals opening slowly to drink in the Blood Moon's fading light. I reached out, my fingers trembling as I grasped the stem of the largest flower. This was it. This was Toby’s life. As I pulled the flower from the water, a snap of a twig sounded behind me. I spun around, the lily clutched to my chest, my eyes wide with terror.

"It is with great joy that I call upon you all this evening. The Moon Goddess has worked in your favors this time." The girls, confused, begin whispering amongst themselves, wondering what the hell he means. Linda's eyes sparkles with questions as she moves closer to her father's side. Alpha Storm places an arm around her shoulder, then continues. "As you all know, I went to the North for a while a few weeks ago..." Everyone stops talking, holding their breaths. I wrap an edge of my gown over my wound, biting my bottom lip at the searing pain. "The new Northern Alpha is yet to find his mate. The Redwood Pack has never been lucky in producing a Luna for the North, but perhaps..." He looks dow

He had hurt a lot of girls and yet the Moon Goddess decided to bless him with a great woman. Now that the Moon Goddess had shown mercy on my son by giving him a great Luna, I just had to talk sense into his head, for him to change his ways. It was their mate-claiming day, and Teagan and Lorenzo were being officially bound together in an elaborate ceremony. There were dignitaries from far and near. It was a great day and I had no regrets about it Lorenzo finally walked into the venue in her flowing gown. She lifted off her veil in joy and the crowd hailed her for her beauty.

I can't even think about anything related to him without chills running down my spine. "What do you mean by "like this". He asked folding his arms as he brought my attention back to him. "Well the last time we met, you were in the bush doing whatever you were doing, and this time too." He smiled at what I had said. I wonder what was even funny. "I discovered that they are rabbits around this area and I felt it would be nice to hunt some in human form, not wolf form. Congratulations on your coronation as Luna." He said bowing his head to me and I rolled my eyes at his action.

I think I'll take a chance and ask her. “I know we weren’t going to talk about your land, but I was looking at the moon and wondered if you know why your lake is called Lunar Lake?” I asked her, she just shook her head no and continued to sip her coffee. “Well, when the moon is full or almost full like it is tonight, the reflection fills the entire lake and it looks like the moon is here on Earth.” We pulled into the driveway and stopped by the garage. “Are you serious?” she asked me.

He shrugged it off but he would like to confirm it all the same. He found Luna in the library after he was done with work. “What are you reading?” He stared at the book cover before sitting next to her. She promptly closed it and showed it to him. It was titled Tales and Myths about the Moon Goddess. “You should know more than that book, right?” “Of course.” She smiled and caressed the book’s spine. It was an interesting read. “I remembered something you said. I thought you might have stated it incorrectly.” “Hmm? What is it?”

"Okay, but it's not night yet." "It doesn't have to be, you seem to be having a hard time anyway." I climb on top the bed and wait for her as she moves from the comfort of the couch to the bed, sitting right by my side she said, "have you ever heard of the 'Lune of the moon', I guess not since I never told you this story. Well the Lune of the Moon is the brother of our Luna. Start sleeping cause it's gonna be a long story." A story of Lune huh. I thought that could be Lune, but Lune was a Star not a god, isn't he?

She has been searching for anyone connected to the Silver Luna prophecy. "Luna Silver?" I scowled. Like a dream echo, the words seemed familiar. After hesitating, Kane nodded. One of the wolves' legends. A Luna who will rise during the darkest hours, bring the broken packs together, and vanquish the greatest danger. Raven was afraid of what your parents were aware of and guarded. She killed them for that reason. I felt cold when he said it. Suddenly, the fragments of my shattered past felt sharper and heavier. With a faltering voice, I confessed, "I don't understand." What am I supposed to do with any of this? I'm not unique. In exile, I was unable to defend myself at all.
