It had always been a favorite of mine, and it usually worked to quiet the noise in my head. Maybe it could help now. I grabbed the book and dropped into the nearest chair, flipping through the pages. My hands trembled slightly as I turned each page, even as the words blurred together in front of me. I forced myself to focus on the text, reading about the great wars between packs and the legends of the First Alphas.

Kyra found the huge library easily enough with the help of an Omega. The smell of old books and dust greeted her the moment she entered the library. It took Kyra ten minutes to walk from one end to the other. The labyrinth of books with thick worn out spines are neatly arranged on the wooden shelves. Rows and rows of books are placed, one row older than the other. Centuries old history of the Lycan's and the Werewolfs was proudly displayed in one section. Another section belongs to their medical knowledge. Moon goddess, Vampires, golden wolves and so on. You name it this library has it.

Lamia looked up at me, her green eyes holding astonishment and full of questions. I nod affirming the titled book. “This belongs with you. For you to give Seneca whenever you think the time is right.” The young shifter was going to need all the guidance she could as she grew older. The diary depicts Ascenas life, the things she discovered, the things she went through. And most importantly it held the history of how the the Lycan wars truly started and what led to the near extinction of humans in our realm. Lamia lays the book down on the table in front of us, turning once her lingering hands leave the cover of the old book, and takes both of mine in hers. “Thank you, Tala.” She says sincerel

“Look. They’re different monsters.” Everyone stared intently. Scott narrowed his eyes. Yes, they looked different. Lyall's Lycan was larger and had a mix of gray and black fur, while the Lycan in Scott's memory was jet black. "Carl, are there really other Lycans besides Lyall?" Darius asked. "I didn't even know this. According to legend, there's only one Lycan, and only the Lycaros family possesses it."

Bored with her mom's romance section, she went to her dad's big tomes of history books. He had recently acquired an antique one. She hoped it was not locked on the vault. Her eyes caught an object with a deep shade of black cover and the spine and edge made of solid metal burnished in gold. -Wow.- It looked expensive and well preserved. The Lycan World, Third Edition. Author: The Alphas Finding the book made her night a little bit exciting. Hefting the precious literary gem with both arms, she went to her favorite lazy chair and curled her legs under her.

It was old and the cover was made of leather as well. Wiccan was scrapped on the cover in cursive. This must have been the witch diary. I opened the book and the words were in English. Thank the lord. I did not know how much translating I would have to do if it were in Spanish. The pages were brown and hard, which made the book unnecessarily thick. I closed the diary and placed in on my lap then pulled out the second book. Lycan was scrapped on the cover as well and it did not take a genius to know what this book was about. I opened it as well and it was in English too. I closed the book and placed both books back into the bag.

I would have given her applause because her plan was so good that if I had not known, she might have escaped, but unfortunately, I already know. Lycans are more intelligent than wolves and humans, and I also trust my instincts, which never lead me astray. They ate at an African restaurant, then Kelly decided to leave like their plan was. Brian stopped in front of her and told her to get in.

"Please let me know as soon as you find anything useful. Anything at all. If there is any way I can help, I will. Perhaps I could even go to the library with you." "Alright. Come with me. I don't think we have something better to do at this moment." Freya nodded and followed after her, and they soon got to the big building. "Which book would you like to read today, your majesty?"
