The words rolled off my tongue before I understood them, the air around me thickening like smoke. The Seer moved toward me, quickly. “Encerto!” she shouted while taking the book. The smoke receded until it disappeared completely. I looked at the seer perplexed. Isn't that what she wanted? “Where did you get that spell from?” She questioned and I frowned. I saw it in the book just right. I was about to point but the three words were no longer there, the page was empty. “That was a forbidden spell. That was dark magic.”

Titles like 'The Elements of Magic' and 'Harnessing the Power Within' stared back at me, their spines cracked with age. “Alright,” I murmured to myself, flipping open a book. “Let’s see what you’ve got for me.” The hours slipped by as I read, my mind absorbing information about spells, incantations, and the delicate balance of energy required to wield magic effectively. It was fascinating and overwhelming all at once. I practiced small spells, testing my control. A simple flame flickered to life in my palm before I snuffed it out. I levitated a quill, watching as it floated lazily through the air. These were small feats, but they were progress.

At the thought of him, I decided to be forward and ask. "You haven't seen a necklace with a silver chain and a red gem in the shape of a teardrop attached to it, have you?" She shook her head. "Not in person, but I saw something about a necklace, in my spellbook. It was called the Seal of Gabriel. Is that the one you're talking about?" As she spoke, her voice raised an octave. She obviously knew that it contained magical properties. Witches could probably use the necklace to increase their power.

All kinds of strange and mysterious knowledge filled his mind, including information about medicine, martial arts, cultivation, divination, geomancy, and more. He even found a book called "Compendium of Madiora Charms and Spells". It was a guide to using all of the Madiora enchantments, such as the Misfortune Hex, the Divine Speed Incantation, the Exorcism Talisman, and even the All-Seeing Eye… There were a total of 108 different enchantments! "What on earth is going on?" Cassian exclaimed in complete bewilderment. Just then, the sound of his phone ringing snapped him back to reality. He pulled his phone out and saw the name of the caller, Vera Frost.

It's funny because the black magic coming from the Abyss isn't even half as powerful as ours is. They don't actually know how to use offensive magic. I stayed beside Selene, brushing a strand of hair from her face. “You’re stronger than this,” I muttered. “Come on, fight it.” Elias returned a moment later with the thick, ancient spellbook. Its leather cover was worn and pulsing faintly as if the spell was still active within it. He opened the book carefully and flipped through the pages until he found the right one. “There,” he said, pointing at the incantation written in crimson ink. “It’s a disappearance spell. Meant to send the victim to a limbo or a location chosen by the caster.”

'Attack. Save those who were guarding Selene, members from my pack were the first to bolt out of formation, they leaped swiftly into their wolf forms and jumped at the robed men. While a few were held back with a magical spell that suspended them in the air until thrown to the side. The rest got through the barrage of magical spells cast their way and took out about half of the sorcerers. Spells of fire erupted from the remaining magic casters, which knocked a dozen wolves aside, sending them rolling to the ground. Magnus and Ares commanded their own ranks to attack the sorcerers. Some wolves were taken out by powerful streams of fire released by the robed men.

I explained. "Are you sure Daphne?" Max asked and I nodded. "Completely." I added as I opened the grimoire. "I need a spell to expose something that concealed magically by a glamour" I mused aloud but to our surprise the book seemed to hear me as it moved away slightly from my hands and flipped its pages falling open on a page with some words inked in neat hand writing. "No what?" I asked a shocked Max and Lucinda as the book seemed to nudge me.

The price is expensive because to be able to save spells into books, the book materials must use special materials." "No problem, I can pay for it." Wilma immediately paid the money needed to buy the spell book. "Alright then, please wait a moment." The receptionist went straight into the office through the closed door inside the reception counter. Soon the receptionist came out carrying a few thick books covered in brown leather with soft fur. Wilma could feel the mana radiating from the book even though it wasn't big and threatening. Wilma was curious about the materials used to make the spell boo

In fact, there was so much room between the size of the cover and the size of the pages that crystal tucked right up into the gap when she set the book on end. It was a perfect fit.
