A Kiss For Every Bruise

A Kiss For Every Bruise

Written before Kai finally succeeded. My voice barely emerged above a whisper. "There was another woman." The library fell silent. Adrian's eyes narrowed. "What?" I looked up slowly. Shock rippled through every part of me. Because the sentence was unmistakable. The woman who wrote this wasn't confused, hallucinating or imagining things. She had seen something or someone.

The Other Woman

The Other Woman

By the silence between songs. By every pair of tiny eyes that look at me with hope, not knowing the monster I used to be. I will always be the woman who could never become a mother. The woman who destroyed her chance at being someone's wife. Maybe my story was never meant to have a fairytale ending. Because this isn't a fairytale. This is reality. A cruel one. Some stories don't have happy endings. Especially for women like me. Perhaps my story never had an ending at all.

The Woman In Her Empire

Maybe I just needed someone to hold me. “Don’t touch me, Maya,” he said, pushing me back. I blinked at him, dazed. “Bryan… I love you. I really love you.” “What is wrong with you?” he asked sharply. The woman stood up, crossing her arms. She looked at me like I was trash. “This your so called wife just drink my wige ,” the woman said with a smirk. “It was meant for me and you tonight. It had… something extra in it.” She laughed. “Looks like your wife is more desperate than I thought.”

The smile on Zachary White's face froze instantly. The arm he had wrapped around that woman went rigid and dropped to his side. He strode toward me with his brows furrowed, as if I were the one who had done something wrong. "Cece, what are you doing here? Why didn't you answer my messages?" I finally recognized the woman behind him, the one the staff had called 'Ms. Anderson'. Emma Anderson, the daughter of his late mentor whom he always talked about.

The Woman He Chose Over Me

The Woman He Chose Over Me

He added, "Alyssa Winter, you were cruel enough to refuse to let Gracie move into our home, forcing a pregnant woman to live all alone. So, I'm going to make you experience how hard life is for women." At that moment, the restaurant customers followed the burly woman outside. Timothy shoved me back into the pit without a second thought. The woman threw a stack of photos at me, hitting my body hard. She yelled, "Still trying to deny it? This is all the evidence. You're disgusting! You're married, yet you're still playing mistress to my husband." One photo stuck to the food that stained my clothes. When I picked it up and looked at it, I felt like I had been struck by lightning.

MADNESS

MADNESS

Somewhere in this story, you will definitely see the dark characteristics of a dark character, but I do not promote such things through them. I am totally against the bad and harsh treatment of men towards women. It is a sin in the eyes of God to consider the power of women weak and suppress and crush them, and this is my thinking also. Once again, I do not support the harsh treatment of men towards women. THE MORAL RIGHTS OF THE AUTHOR HAVE BEEN ASSERTED. MADNESS © MASTAANI.

The Woman He Broke

The Woman He Broke

And instead of focusing on me, she invited her so-called girlfriend to sit beside her at the dining table. If Dessa had been a man, I would’ve already dealt with her the same way I dealt with every other idiot who tried getting close to Arlene before. But Dessa was a woman—and no matter how irritated she made me, I couldn’t bring myself to handle her the way I handled men. Hurting men was easy. Men understood violence, threats, fear. But women… that was different. I was many things, but I wasn’t the kind of man who raised his hand against a woman just because jealousy was driving me insane. “Dessa, you’re washing the dishes later,” I said irritably.

The characters fo feel real and, in particular, torn between innocence and longing. The story is well presented. It was quick and appealing reading, and I like how the book brings out dangers in following your heart.

I loved this story because of how it portrayed the women being strong despite the hardship and the pain cause by the love, I would really recommend this to those people who loves reading this type of genre/story :)

WOMAN'S SWEET POISON

WOMAN'S SWEET POISON

The dew on its leaves shone under the sun's rays bringing the land under the captivity of twinkling like several brittle broken pieces of mirror scattered as she surpassed them. The horse almost rams into a rambler who strolled by the path. The woman waves back to Christine running after the horse. “Maybe it’s a rescue or a resuscitation she needs.” Christine said to herself . as if the hoarse heard the statement it halted, Christine’s eyes on her right shoulder. The woman's visage sympathized with her as she snares the point the horse stood feeling tired. The woman extends her hand of kindness to her. “ My dau… daughter, wrap your t… temple” The woman said vehemently regaining her normal br

When women are oppressed, it's tradition. ― Letty Cottin Pogrebi “Men are afraid that women will laugh at them. Women are afraid that men will kill them.” ― Margaret Atwood “Life affords you infinite possibilities to pay more attention to what is actually happening. Not just around you but what is Inside you.” ―Jeff Warren

"Nikanya, to be strong in a man's world does not mean that you are not also female. It means you must be more ruthless than they. Women excel at this. Be sneakier. Be cagier. Be better. But do not shut yourself away. That way leads to loneliness and bitterness. A perpetually broken heart that withers and dies." A thump sounded down the line as if she'd just smacked a fist to a table. "If you want to cry, then shed your tears. But make the person who caused them suffer. If you want to change your mind, then head a different direction. And kill the man who tells you that you are being emotional. There is unutterable strength in being a woman. Even more in being a woman in a man's world. They a
