Bos Vs Me menceritakan perseteruan yang berkelanjutan antara Srikandi sang sekretaris baru dengan Arjuna sang bos yang arrogant. Di antara mereka ada seorang pemuda yang selalu menolong Srikandi yaitu Bisma. Perseteruan itu bukanlah tanpa alasan, semua bermula ketika Tuan Bagaskara menggantikan Cantika---sekretaris kesayangan Arjuna yang sekaligus kekasihnya dengan sekretaris baru pilihannya yaitu Srikandi. Sejak saat itu, Arjuna selalu bersikap dingin, angkuh dan arrogant. Srikandi seringkali kesal dibuatnya. Bukan hanya masalah pekerjaan yang terkesan semena-mena tapi hal kecil apapun selalu menjadi alasan Arjuna agar bisa memaki Srikandi.
