The scent is light and calming, and I actually yawn after inhaling it. I hurry up and transfer the liquid into the special bottle I've selected for Marco's gift. The vial is made of blown glass, and the color is a lovely, deep shade of midnight blue that reminds me of a peaceful night sky. I attach the silvery little stopper and tie a single, shimmery black ribbon around the neck of the bottle. It looks lovely, and my heart swells with hope at the thought of how it might help Marco.

“No one did. What was it doing at Kaden’s land anyways?” He swirls his glass, focusing completely on the colour of it. "1954 Martin Ray Cabernet Sauvignon Saratoga Cuvee?" "1953," I correct. "Close," he drops both the bottle and glass back on the desk. "I think…." He sits and crosses his leg, adjusting his monocle, hands crossing, not intertwined placed on his lap. "It was targeting Liliana." His words strike me like a bolt of lightning. I quickly dial Kaden's number and initiate a video call. Evander sits silently in the background, going through a newspaper, unconcerned about the call I just initiated. Nothing new, he has always been like that.

“For the cocktails, we will be making a classic martini, margarita, old fashioned, Moscow mule, Paloma, whiskey sour, pina colada, gin and tonic, cosmopolitan, and Negroni. “I have a feeling the guests will all love your ideas. “Thank you so much, Mary. It’s both our ideas.” Sofia said as they both wrapped up what they were doing in the kitchen. Mary called her cousins and informed them of the time they were to come so they could all join hands and finish up early. Mary and Sofia bid themselves good night and went to their room.

The space was minimalist yet undeniably luxurious, dominated by dark colors and clean lines. To the right was a sitting area with black leather sofas facing a marble coffee table. On the table sat an open bottle of red wine, clearly being allowed to breathe, and a half-empty glass. My eyes inadvertently drifted to Aiden's lips as he walked past me. They looked slightly stained from the wine, a deeper red than usual. Something about the observation made my cheeks warm. "Would you like some?" he asked, noticing my gaze on the wine. "It's a Château Margaux, 2010. Excellent vintage."

El stifled a groan and turned to Lucas, who looked utterly mortified. "Right, back to class, folks!" The Principle shuffled his chair back as he stood, vaguely gesturing with one arm. They filed out of the office into the main hallway, where the magnolia paint was peeling off the walls in places, revealing a pale green underneath. "Psychiatric green", El had once told her, thought to be a calming colour. Lucas took off down the hall, slamming a locker door as he went. "Well, that's just great," El grumbled.

It was a lovely bottle with deep blue glass and a vibrant red logo. “It’s called Intrigue,” the waiter smiled as he poured a bit in each of our glasses. Both Adonis and I took a small sip. The wine coated my tongue and the deep, rich flavor caused my eyes to widen. “Damn,” Adonis declared loudly. “This is fantastic.”

"Next." "This is your favourite. Vermouth." He showed me another bottle and poured it into a glass. "Martini is one of the cocktail type. It can be made by Vodka, Gin, or Vermouth. Martini can be dry or sweet. What Beyza give to you is the sweet one. Martini with lots of vermouth. If its dry, it means less vermouth. Sweet vermouth usually red, it originally from wine." He handed the glass to me, I inhaled the aroma from inside the glass, then I drank it.

“You got all the stuff?” Aidan nodded. “Yep. Triple sec, cranberry juice, fresh limes. I even went out and got a cocktail shaker and the right kind of glass.” He displayed it for Jax, who blinked at it in astonishment. “It’s called a martini glass. Very elegant, no?” Jax nodded back at him, not having a clue what the hell else to do when confronted with fancy glassware. “Yeah. Nice.” “Uh-huh.” Aidan was amused. “So, you think she’ll show?”

"There's a popular Russian wine you sell. I have forgotten its name. But it's blue and sparkling." The waiter chuckled. "It's Hawaiian. It's called Sparkling Blue Hawaiian. It was invented in 1957 in Hawaii." "Oh, thanks for the reeducation. At least I learned something today. Alright, get it for me. I need to flutes," As soon as he left, Finn turned to me. "Two glasses?" I nodded. "For you and I." "I won't be having any. Just water," "Why?" "I don't have to answer that question," He said, and took out his phone from his pocket.

I nodded because just look at me, I hadn’t had some great problem but he helped me shake off the shyness and now I was having a good time. “I’m also a damn good barman” he shot me a wink. “That you are!” Elise nodded, slamming her glass on the table. I had to agree to, his job and makes a damn good martini. “Have you tied one of his chocolate martini?” She asked nudging my arm, I shook my head to which she replied, “You have to, it’s terrific. Chen, can we have a chocolate martini? Katy wants to try it” “Yeap, you should really try a few” Adam added “And the watermelon martini, and the Dirty Martini that’s really good too”
