Mary Berg Tattoo Novels & Stories

"The tattoo behind your ear, that's to cover the mark my daughter gave you, right? It's not really to cover it, but to bind it. You've also marked Noreen. I saw it behind Noreen's ear." Thiery stared at Maria intently. "You... Which pack are you from, Ma'am?" Maria opened the long sleeve of her blouse, revealing a tattoo of a moon with a lightning bolt crossing it on the inside of her arm, just below the elbow. "Ah," Thiery said. "I see."

Marie's fingers trace the g tattoo I have on my right shoulder, "I have the exact same g tattooed under my ear." "Oh really? What's that for?" I ask. "G for Grace." She smiles. "That's coincidental as my e tattoo is for Emily." I smile. "Wow. We're so alike." Marie smirks. I pull her closer to me as she rests her head on my bare chest. She extends her hand to pick up her phone and checks the time. "It's 9:45, I should get going before it gets too late." Marie says. I hold onto her tighter, "Do you have to?" I whine.

But just before the dark took me… I saw something. A tattoo on Maribel’s hip. A small symbol. A triangle with a snake curling through it. I knew that symbol. I’d seen it somewhere. But where? I couldn’t place it. Where… have I seen that before? My brain searched. But sleep dragged me down. I’d remember later. Or maybe not. Not until it was too late.

Why? He froze in his place... "Unless you can tell us about her birthday mark anything other than her face" Mrs leone said suddenly concerned.... The man standing in front of her is no doubt in love with his wife... So much in love that it hurts to see him shaking as if he is about to break down.. "I.. I cannot re-.. Oh no no yes yes. She.. She have a red spot on her right chest!!!!, and a dagger tatoo in her right thigh ,BRAVE written beside it" He said looking at the doctor....

He responds as he looks at me. I glance towards the end of the bar and nod towards the woman sitting there. Trevor looked at me and nodded then cleared his throat. The young woman at the end didn't move a single muscle. Her long black wavy hair hung over one side of her shoulder covering her face but revealing a small piece of tattoo on her shoulder blade. I glance in the giant mirror on the wall behind the counter. The tops of two very detailed wings covered her shoulders and disappeared under the back of her dress. There was a small tattoo on the back of her neck that I recognized well. It's a symbol we all get when we come of age as wolves. It's like a badge of honor.

With his other hand he opened the covers and saw that they were both naked. He felt defeated just seeing them like that, he closed the covers then went and moved the hair on Mercy’s neck. There is was, his mark on her delicate neck, it was a pitch-Black Moon, it looked so beautiful on her pale skin and it looked like it was tattooed there. “Fuck!” he cursed under his breath upon seeing it and the mixed scents confirming it. Carl kept his word and marked her without his consent. He got out of bed in all his naked glory going to the bathroom to clean up.

She was upset that I didn't recognize her, and seemed deeply upset when I pushed her arms away and stared at her. Despite the simple black dress, the neckline was deep enough for the tattoo of his capital sin to be quite significant and easy to decipher. In the center of the small trunk was the image of a fat badger with his mouth wide open, where a small man fell into it. Around the animal, crosses, tombstones and flames spiralled over the woman's pale skin. The rest of the drawing was not noticeable enough for me to lose more than a few seconds staring, so I looked away when she also looked.

When did they care about me ever? So I decided to get a butterfly tattoo with the letter Z on the center in neon pink and green. I had it drawn over the scar on my arm. When the artist was done, I was actually glad I did it. “Why the letter Z?” Marie asked. I laughed. “Maybe that’s my prerequisite for your little game. I’ll hook up with a guy… only if his name starts with a Z.” Marie glared at me. “Are you freaking kidding me? You had to choose the most difficult letter in the alphabet?”

They were wild, to begin with… Brad had told me he would move back to town in two days before we caught the spy. He thanked me for speaking some sense to him. It was when I accompanied Brad to collect an item of his from Elvis an owner of the bar he drinks at, was when I saw our saw our rogue guy here. He also had the symbol which I had seen on both the rogues in Kenvy and Borgn. The tattoo… was on his arms. This guy was having a bottle of beer, I went to his table and greeted him but he was so rude and didn't reply.

The ring was simple and pretty. "Will you marry me Maya?" he asked. Maya. She was really happy. "Yes I will marry you " she said. "A thousand times, yes." Then Maya saw something that made her stop smiling. On Bensons wrist there was a tattoo of a wooden boat. Next to the boat there were three words written in black letters: To be continued. Maya looked at the hospital window. The city of Lagos was still there. But the sky was changing it was turning from blue to white like paper. Maya looked at Benson. He was still smiling. But his eyes were changing they were turning into silver.
