POV: Calista Rivers The marble lobby of the bank was too quiet. I stood near a tall glass pillar, my breath making small patches of fog on the clean surface. My left arm was still tied tight against my ribs, but the deep, burning ache in my collarbone had faded into a dull throb. I used my right hand to tighten the dark jacket Kael had given me, keeping the cold morning air from locking up my stiff muscles. The five hundred mountain wolves moved through the grand room like gray ghosts.

Beth looked to see who he was talking about Bobby and Mico were standing a few feet from there, Bobby’s eyes were dark. “How kind of you to be here boys,” Ryan growled. “I like to introduce you to Beth DeMarco, Luna.” He said before Bobby or anyone could react, he bit into Beth’s neck marking her even though it was against her wishes. Beth screamed in pain before she lost consciousness, Ryan smile in satisfaction. “I guess I win every challenge, you lost your daughter and now you lost your girl.” Ryan licked the wound clean, the wound was sealed. “No!” Bobby growled trying to get to her, but Ryan’s men stopped him, Ryan pulled Beth into an awaiting car heading home.

There was no sign of agitation in her. Rick looked at the crowd before him, they shuffled slightly and looked away. "What is going on here?!" He asked in a strong voice. Beth took in a deep breath and prepared to burst into tears in a bid to get sympathy, but Rick snapped at her through the mind link, "Stop that. You are embarrassing yourself." Beth was taken aback. Her eyes were wide with surprise. "She is responsible for Martha's death!" She said, pointing at Anna. "Um, not exactly, sir," a human nurse came forward. "Martha stopped responding to any small treatment that we tried to administer to her."

She have to do something and do it fast. "Vanessa is a real bitch you know? A deadly one. She planned on stabbing Meena? Geez" Beth say as she apply her lotion on her body. She just got out of the showers with a white towel wrapped around her body. Maria is seated on Beth's bed in deep thoughts.

The lady smiled at the couple. "What can we say, Martha," Dante shrugged, "by the way, Rose, this is Martha, my housekeeper. She's like my second mother. And Martha, this is Rose, my girlfriend." Dante introduced the two ladies while Rose looked at him in shock after introducing her as his girlfriend. However, her heart didn't mind at all for some reason. Instead, it only skipped a beat as that word escaped his mouth.

Right in the middle of the woods, a secluded area with little protection. It was the corpse of someone I knew very well. Someone who'd hated me for a while now. Martha. Her brown hair was now red with blood. Her neck and head were positioned in jutting angles. I couldn't see her face. I didn't want to. The sight of her corpse made me sick to my stomach. She and I had our differences, but we were still once upon a time best friends, the bestest of friends that could have existed. Now she was dead.

His eyes scanned faces until they landed on her. She was kneeling near the front, rosary beads still wrapped around her fingers. Long auburn hair fell down her back, messy but thick. Maybe twenty-nine. Voluptuous body-- wide hips, and heavy tits straining against a simple black dress that was probably her mourning clothes. Her eyes were red from crying. Widow, he figured. Fresh one. “You,” Seth said, pointing. “Stand up.” Mary clutched her rosary tighter. “Please… I’ve done nothing wrong. My husband died two days ago in the shelling. I’m just here to pray.”

Her gaze flickered at Ryan, confusion etched across her face. Realizing that there was someone else behind her, Mary swiftly withdrew the gun from her purse, her sinister intentions written across her face. Her eyes narrowed on Scarlet, and her finger twitched on the trigger. “I hope you rot in hell, Scarlet,” Mary muttered. Before Scarlet could fathom what was happening, there was a deafening gunshot in the air, and her body immediately fell to the ground.

She rolled her eyes and Alicia gave her a knowing glare. "It's this case I caught, one that hit me hard. I may or may not have begun making a nuisance of myself," Beth sighed. "SFPD called us in to take a look at a body that washed up in the bay." "Beth is with the FBI," Alicia helpfully told Jenny. "And she has yet to learn that you can't get all the answers right away just because you want to." She sent Beth a rueful glance. Jenny nodded, cringing slightly at a sudden clap of thunder.

Beta Preston says, his voice deep and even. He’s a handsome man, with salt and pepper hair, hazel eyes, and a beard that matches his hair. Everytime he smiles, two deep dimples appear in cheeks, and like all wolves of his station, he’s huge. The steering wheel looks like a toy in his hands. “I’m Rhoda,” the woman says and leans back to hand me a bottle of water. “E’ryone jus’ calls me Roe.” “I-” a frog catches in my throat and it takes several tries to clear it. “I’m Mara. Thank you,” I say and take the water.
