His body hits the ground with a dull thud. Bethany turns in slow motion, eyes wide as she realizes. “No…!” She screams shrilly. And while she is filled with pain, the same magnitude of rage fills up her being and she snatches the gun right in Marsh’s hands and shoots. Three times she shoots, three times it connects. I warn him, watching as fear flashes in his eyes. “Mary isn’t someone you wanna mess with, man. She has murdered people.
