Kenny's pov When the hunk of a man asked me for my name I hesitated only for a few seconds, my wolf has been screaming in my head about all four of them being my mates but I ignored her. I couldn't have a mate as I was destined to die after I kill the son of a bitch alpha. She tried to tell me something but I blocked her out, not wanting to get my hopes up of a happier life. That was why I decided to give them my name, I had nothing left to lose. "It's Kenny, Kenny McKenzie alpha of the extinct White Moon pack" I answered him with my head held high and shoulders straight. The shock and disbelief on their faces almost made me laugh, but the sadness of my words stopped that in its track, if I

“No problem. I have to go now baby, I'm having the press conference now. You can watch it if you want." I went downstairs and put on the TV, Mrs Rolly with me. We could see Max on the TV. “Ladies and gentlemen thank you for being here today. I understand there's been some speculation and curiosity about certain events and I'm taking this opportunity to clarify them.” Max voice boom with a mix of authority and sincerity. “First" he continued, "I want to address the rumors surrounding my marriage to Selena.” His eyes softened at the mention of my name.

The woman, Tiffany says in a sweet-as-pie voice. Rhea laughs dryly. “Yeah who knew sex was such a workout. Max has been getting me in shape for months now. He can be so creative. See you, ladies, later.” Their eyes are nearly bugging out of their heads as we pass them and I’m biting back a laugh. Once we’re safely in the bathroom I let it loose. “Oh my god! You scandalized them so badly!” Rhea laughs too. “It’s the only way to get people like them off my back. It’s no secret that Max doesn’t exactly meet the standards of this place, but it comes in handy to have a super hot musician as a husband.”

I ask, bracing myself for more revelations. Bill takes a deep breath. "Max's real name is Luka Moreau. He was part of the mafia in France but wanted out. He didn't want to die or put his family at risk, so he faked his death, changed his identity to Max Laurent, and came to the US to be a designer."

“Uncle Maxwell, I've been reviewing the recent contracts we've signed. Can you explain the rationale behind the partnership with Michael Carlson Enterprises? Their track record seems a bit questionable." Maxwell cleared his throat, looking slightly uncomfortable, "Ah, Michael Carlson Enterprises, yes. Well, you see Scarlett, they are an up-and-coming company in the industry. Their CEO, Michael Carlson, is an old friend of mine from college. I thought it would be a good opportunity to collaborate, you know, strengthen our ties with promising newcomers."

Jayer was the man to say this time. "I could feel anger from him. It's like he didn't want me to be close to his daughter," Jason answered while sitting down. "You will stay at home for the rest of the week. No going anywhere until we figure out what this thing wants from you" Jayer turned serious all of a sudden "Okay." Surprisingly, Jason didn't argue with him. Miriam and Jayer looked at him and went to their room. Jason also walked to his room. Max's mom had been transferred to DustVille Hospital, working as a nurse under a famous doctor Maxwell Martin. She was excited about her new job but didn't know she would face the worst horrors of her life.

Even himself. "What?" grandpa asks. He can’t be jealous. He must take Meredith back in his life, what if Maximillian found someone else? And immediately Grandpa Cruz starts to panic. "Who is the girl?" grandpa asks with a trembling heart . "My mate," Max replies, confessing for the first time to his family that he has found his fated mate. But Grandpa Cruz feels that this is his last day. “She is human” Max said and suddenly grandpa's face became happy. “And she is my chief designer and she is annoying me every day.”

She sighed and said, "But Max might not cooperate. Attorney York suggested that you find what Max cares about most and use it as leverage. Ms. Middleton, can you think of Max's weak spot?" I pondered deeply. Over the years, Max had never shown any vulnerabilities in front of me. However, I knew that his upbringing had a significant impact on him, given his personality. He had once revealed that his father died early, and growing up in the village, his family faced discrimination and bullying. These experiences made him fiercely independent and determined to succeed. His mother, Annie, had endured many hardships to support her four children, and despite her flaws, Max often indulged her. I looked up to see a lean man with blonde hair and bright eyes raising his hands in surrender. Ricco, Nicco, and Maximo shielded me with their bodies. “Viola, it’s me, Carlo Mancuso!” He yelled loud enough to see him. I finally recognized him when he said his name. “Ricco, let him through. He’s my friend.” My three bodyguards obliged and Carlo walked to me. He was the nephew to Stefano Mancuso, the leader of one of the four mafia families in Italy. He and I were not friends. I’d only uttered those words to ensure Ricco would let him through. I’d gone to boarding school with him when I was in high school—before I transferred to an all-girls boarding school.

Robin explained. "Oh please, save us the drama, gorgeous," Max Reed said as he came up to the stage. Max was a lanky, bling-bling kinda guy with a weird smile. He had several chains on his neck and a scorpion tattoo printed on his left arm. His red and black designer outfit showed off his wealth and he struck Robin as the stuck up type, living off his wealthy father's money.
