Being the Omega, I have to do each and everything around the pack and also anything assigned to me by any pack member. My name is Sylvia, I don't have a last name because I was found abandoned in the bushes after a rogue attack in my pack. I was only approximately two years old. So, I don't even know my real age or even birthdate. That's what I have grown to know. But I really don't even know the real story behind my being. I was raised by the Alpha and Luna of this pack; Westwood pack. I am grateful for I am alive because of them, but also the most miserable wolf in this pack. The luna gave me my name, but they never bothered to give me a last name. They just call me Sylvia the filthy Omega

“If my pack was wrong about omegas having mates, are they also wrong that omegas can’t have children?” Bridget’s smile instantly fades as she glances over towards Ford before she looks back at me. Oh, no. Did I ask the wrong question? Bridget nods her head. “Omegas can get pregnant. However, I just found out that I didn’t get pregnant with my first heat or us claiming each other. The Supreme Elder said that I would get pregnant after the new Luna is announced to the pack.” Ford adds, “The moon goddess was very generous when she made omegas. Once you find your mate, you will probably have many puppies with him.”

replies alpha Frank. “then who are we talking about” Archer takes places his butt atop the table. “we are all ears Jeremy” speaks beta Harrison. “charlotte Romero. The former Alpha’s daughter” Jeremy’s voice came out in slow pauses; he knew a female never holds position in the moonstone pack. “will you take back those words! you know where women belong” growls Alpha Frank. “anywhere they want to be, don’t you think so Jeremy, women. Belong. Where. They want to be” Archer smiles at the end of his sentence, and with a sudden jump he gets off the table.

"Some kind of mass hallucination." Kai was the first to recover, rising to his feet with a slow, measured movement. He brushed himself off, his face a mask once more. Though his eyes, when they met mine, were wide with a soundless, appalled comprehension. "The Mooncrest Omega," he said, his voice glacial and slicing as ice. "It seems the legends were true." "Legends?" Elder Theon sneered. "There are no legends of this scale. One Omega, bonded to four Alphas? This is an abomination. It goes against every law of our pack."

Raven asked. "She's Jessica, and I'm Marie. We're both omegas," Jessica, the auburn-haired woman, said. Omegas are treated badly in some packs because they are naturally born weak and some couldn't even transform. While some packs considered them useless due to their inability to participate in battles, Raven's pack welcomes them with open arms. Raven had a small number of Omegas in his pack, all of whom were employed in the pack's hospital. "So, Jessica and Marie, what pack are you associated with? I want to know which pack I'm going to be enemies with," Raven said. Jessica and Marie exchanged glances before turning their attention back to Raven.

He mumbled something about leaving and quickly departed, his retreat hasty and undignified. I hadn't offended him directly, but I hadn't allowed him to disrespect my family either. If this reached the pack leader, I was sure he wouldn't be pleased, and neither would the people in this village. Even though Alphas held authority, the laws applied to everyone, including omegas. Curtis had the right to refuse, not just because I was pregnant, but because, as his omega's mate, his responsibility was her well-being. “Liar.” He surged forward, sweeping my leg and pinning me to the mat. His weight pressed down—not crushing, but firm enough that I could feel his breath against my neck. “Yield,” he said quietly. The suppressant had started to fade. My body burned and my pulse raced. I could smell him, and worse, he could smell me. “I said yield, Hale.” I turned my head just enough to meet his eyes. “Get off.” Then it happened. The faintest crack in the mask. My scent slipped which felt sweet, warm, unmistakably Omega.

JOSH POV Now, I have my first question. “Omegas?” I ask. Maddie smiles at me again. She begins to climb the stairs as she answers me, “Omega is a ranking within wolf shifter packs. It is the lowest rank of wolves. Most packs have an abundance of lower ranking wolves, omegas being the most prolific. They tend to be the worker bees. Landscapers, housekeepers, child care givers, teachers, nurses, and doctors; professions like that who are all about care and repetition, emotional empathy, encouragement and care. They have huge hearts, and it is in theirs’s and their wolves’ natures to be attentive and nurturing to the other pack members.

And my eyes widened as I remembered the path I had followed chasing Myra down to her mother's home. A sign had stood broken at the behest of it's entrance, with picket fences blackened by moist and dampness. And the sign had read: "Welcome to the Lowlands" "Matters were made worse when the elders realized that the Omegas were said to be stronger than other wolves of the pack..." the boy continued, with his voice steady. "As they were said to be direct descendants of the Moon goddess...made by her own hands, and sculpted in her own image..." he explained. "As she held the mark herself as well..."

I said. "Ava, how dare you undermine the authority of our pack?" Maria's voice rang out, sharp and cutting. "You had better learn your place, or face the consequences." Her words were like a dagger to the heart, a stark reminder of the powerlessness that came with being an omega in a world ruled by hierarchy and tradition. But even as I bowed my head in submission, a spark of defiance flickered within me, a stubborn refusal to yield to the tyranny of those who sought to oppress.
