Some businessmen came to talk to Leo during the time Stella was gone. "Hello, Leo." The woman's voice greeted him from the back. Leo turned to look. Her face tickled his memory that he used to see her before but he could not remember where and when. "Hello. Have we met before?" He asked openly. As a result, Sara felt disappointed deep in her heart. He could not remember her. "I am Sara O'neal. the eldest daughter, and yes, we have met before." Sara answered. She was quite popular as a fashion model. But he only nodded to acknowledge just to be polite. His eyes when looking at her were blank with no interest. And he still did not give any sign of recognizing her.

I don't tell her that I have to force myself into my study because the other rooms available in my wing were specifically made for my future pups and it's wrong to sleep in it. I press on button one and hold the phone to my ear. Soon, Logan’s voice filtered through. “Can you assign three guards to pick up Mike Ross at the airport? Check our shared data platform for the details.” Then, I hung up. “So, how is your mother faring?” I ask Sara, going to the bar to get us drinks. Sara has been away for five months because her mom got ill. She's not from my pack, she moved when she was ten to stay with her aunt, and her immediate family lives very far up north.

I told her crisply. "I promise the chair harbors no bugs or whatever you're scared of. It's old, certainly. But it's not dirty. Just please." Still pissed, I cautiously lowered myself onto one of the sofas; I was sure not to relax my body on the dying furniture. "I'm so sorry, Miss Zyliah," Sara began, going on her knees before me.
