I dont want it to end with the quarrel and you once again avoid eating” Takeshi smiles placing his hand upon Koishi’s only made him take his hand back the next second. “Okay” Koishi smiles as he avoids looking at Takeshi not noticing the sudden change of expression over his face. “Let's get started with it” Takeshi smiles looking down at his plate as Koishi first takes the cup of coffee recognizing his own cup which has his favourite anime character Gojo Saturo from Jujutsu Kaisen upon it.

My eyes meet hers, before Shawn's, who is looking at me with that, ‘you've been caught’ stare. I break eye contact immediately, then look at Ophelia, who is looking between Shawn and I. Our both gaze collides, and she continues. “When Hati made his bargain with the Moon, he promised her to take from his lineage, whomever she prefers as a peace pact. After years of many generations, the moon chose Shawn, hence his silver eyes as opposed to ours. She blesses him with silver immunity, so that it does not burn him. And when he turned you, Eva, the pact stretched. You are blood of his blood now, in the Moon’s eyes. She cannot deny you the smallest mercy, because denying you would break the pact.”

“Ah, we can see again! And there’s more Yukis in the arena now! What is going on?! Midnight seemed to be having a hard time fending off all the Yukis.” “Hard time huh?” Midnight muttered to himself. At that moment also, his astra spiked to an overwhelming level. The real Yuki, who was running around setting up the traps, was almost frozen in place. Internally, she cursed. (Shit!) Midnight spun with his swords out and sliced through all the clones. Then he turned and dashed toward Yuki. Yuki had no time to move at all. On his way, Midnight just tanked through the traps Yuki set up as if he intentionally did so.

I reached over to check my phone that showed it was nearly 2 AM. I heard ice getting dropped into a glass and the sound of a decanter getting put down. I uncovered myself and walked over to the door to see Azai standing at the bar downing a drink before pouring himself another one. “Do you ever sleep?” I asked softly. He didn’t even flinch so he must have heard me get up, “not as much as I’d like to. I didn’t wake you, did I?” “No, I hadn’t even meant to go to sleep. May take advantage of it being the middle of the night and go for a run though, it’s the only time I can let Amara out.”

Truth be told Ryder was quite shocked when she heard Midnight's voice in Aiden's house. She was even more shocked when she saw that Midnight's voice came from Aiden's brother.
