Clarke shook off every sign of worry on his face because he knew it would seem suspicious for a boss to worry so much about his secretary.
"Are you sure, Mr. Ford?"
"Please think again," freeman smiled, smoothing his ponytail. Something about the billionaire was a little distinct.
"I'm very sure, detective," Clarke returned the gesture.
Clarke didn't mean to lie; if for anything, he wants Georgia to be found, but he couldn't risk his career and the circumstances of his wife knowing.
"Okay then," he looked at his wristwatch, grabbed his book, and stood up immediately.
"Thanks for your time, Mr," Freeman said and stepped out with the policemen and Grace.
