“Way better than those AniMox pods you’re all so attached to.” “Oh?” said the shadow. “Better than the brainwave pods? AniMox has got the potential to hack people, man. Imagine bein’ in control of the Grand Minister - everything you want suddenly became law. So you’d better not be fucking with me with your ‘way better than’ crap. Ain’t nothin’ more powerful than mind control.” Merlin took another drag casually, and waved away the hostility.

By the title itself, it was already something that would hook anyone immediately. And after reading a few chapters, indeed it was great. I really love reborn books/novels and I am not disappointed one bit at all! Love the Mc by the way.

Expert Down The Mountain

“I believe you have a Vodu Worm that is used for manipulation, right? It’s the type that prevents someone from betraying another person, you know?” Nancy said, “Yes, I have a Mind Control Vodu that can be used to manipulate a person. If the cursed person wants to betray the other person, the worm will eat them up. The pain will be worse than being munched by millions of ants.” Penta-sun Doyen’s face was ghastly pale, and he looked toward Kayson pleadingly. He said shakily, “I won’t betray you, Mr. Yarde. Please don’t curse me with the worm!”

And as I delved into the realm of mind control, I found not a curse, but a path to understanding, to mastering the extraordinary within. My journey into mastering mind control was a challenging odyssey that tested the limits of abilities. The very notion of manipulating the thoughts of others both fascinated and terrified me. Del, who had now become a trusted friend, bravely volunteered to be my initial subject, standing by my side as I attempted to unlock the full potential of my powers.

I like the approach of a complete outsider, I'm not very deep into it but I'm intrigued enough to keep reading. the only complaint I have is the nostalgic 80s rom/com feel of like 16 candles mr. popular falling for the outcast girl

And the doctor stopped what he was doing immediately and looked at both of us. " What is it?" I asked. " That's a mind control substance. If that shows up on your blood work then it means that you're not actually the one turning into the beast. Someone is making you do it." The doctor explained. " How are they doing that?" I asked. " I'm not sure. Alphaterrosin is full of little nanobites. They can be controlled by anything. A phone, a special device made for a specific purpose. Anything." The doctor says.

The Divine Luna Awakening

The Divine Luna Awakening

“My Lord, we have managed to perfect mind control. Our range of control is not too large right now, I can only control two person at a time while he can do ten at a time.” Ignoring the alarm bells going on in my head and the fear reeking from the pores of my men, I stood up and clapped. They had exceeded my expectations. I wasn't aware of what they were up to given that I only gathered them because of the war. I never expected this. “Thank you my Lord” Ganymede said as they all bowed. “How long does the control work?” “Mind control is strength draining my Lord, the stronger you are, the longer the durability. That being said, we have not had a long time to explore how long the control can la

Selfish Romance

“It’s not a continuation. It’s an escalation.” Damien frowned. “What kind of escalation?” “They’re skipping trials. Going straight to deployment. The model has shifted from individual control to mass influence—behavioral manipulation through neurochemical agents.” “Mind control,” Serena said quietly. “Not the science fiction kind,” Ava corrected. “Subtle. Ads. Messaging. Reinforced compliance. Shaped thoughts, guided instincts. And thanks to what they learned from you... it’s dangerously effective.” She hit a key. A distorted audio file played:

Something dangerous and controlled burned beneath his fury. “You touch her again,” Scars said, voice rising over the wind, “and I will make you watch your own family die before I end you. Let her go.” Dominic’s arm shook around my throat. He was unraveling completely now, eyes darting between Scars and the growing crowd. “You think you’re still in control? Huh? I’ve got the gun. I’ve got her.” I closed my eyes for a brief second, fingers tightening around the railing behind me. Salt spray stung my skin. The wind tore at my face.

Mated to the Alpha twins

Mated to the Alpha twins

The control potion did its magic, and placed Declan at my mercy. I made him eat everything in my pussy, and licked it dry, just by thinking it. I made him suck at it also, and the feeling was great. The control potion allowed whoever used it to control and bend the will of anyone who is in a pact with them. I soon remembered that I had an appointment with Joan, and that I needed to report to Alpha Magnus, so I ordered Declan to sleep, took a bath for real this time, applied the control potion once more, got dressed, and left.

Nimue said she had trilled his mind to see if it was him and came up empty though. " Mind control " Nimue says inside of me , Shirer looks at me. Of course she would have heard Nimue. She has spoken to her through me before. " I thought the same too , that was why I have just tried putting a mental blocker on him. I was kept out " Shirer voice rattles in my mind. " If it was mind control , there would be no dark magic in his blood , or wrongs in his mind. Mind control doesn't always have to be black magic , and his memories will be kept clean by whoever is doing it. " Nimue answers .

My Love Until the Last Goodbye

My Love Until the Last Goodbye

“No matter what you do, I won’t tell you where they are. By the time you find them… they’ll have starved to death… or frozen…” “You think so? I’d bet against that.” Without hesitation, Alden fired two more shots, one into each of the man’s legs. “There. Now you won’t be going anywhere. If your wounds aren’t treated soon, I can guarantee you’ll suffer. That stomach wound? It’ll start killing you from the inside out. The knife I used—its blade was a bit rusty. You’ll die from poisoning.” Alden saw the man’s eyes widen with panic. In just a few minutes, he had broken the man’s will using pain and fear—something Theodore had once taught him. It was a way to take complete control of a situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've always been fascinated by the darker, more manipulative side of storytelling, especially when it delves into the psychology of control. One of the most gripping books I've come across is 'The Mind Parasites' by Colin Wilson. This novel blends cosmic horror with psychological manipulation, where an unseen force begins to infiltrate human minds, bending them to its will. The way Wilson explores the gradual erosion of free will is both chilling and thought-provoking. The protagonist's struggle against these entities feels eerily relatable, as if it could happen to any of us. The book's philosophical undertones add depth, making it more than just a horror story.

Another standout is 'The Puppet Masters' by Robert A. Heinlein. This classic sci-fi tale features parasitic aliens that attach themselves to humans, controlling their actions. The tension builds masterfully as the protagonists race to uncover the extent of the invasion. Heinlein's portrayal of societal collapse under the weight of mind control is terrifyingly plausible. The book's Cold War-era paranoia gives it a unique flavor, but its themes of autonomy and resistance remain timeless.

For a more contemporary take, 'The Institute' by Stephen King is a harrowing read. It follows children with psychic abilities who are kidnapped and subjected to brutal experiments designed to amplify their powers. King's knack for creating oppressive atmospheres shines here, and the way the children's minds are manipulated is both heartbreaking and horrifying. The book raises unsettling questions about the ethics of control and the limits of human endurance.

If you're into dystopian fiction, 'Brave New World' by Aldous Huxley offers a subtler but equally disturbing form of mind control. Society is conditioned from birth to accept their roles, with pleasure and propaganda keeping them in line. Huxley's vision of a world where people love their oppression is eerily prescient. The book's exploration of free will versus happiness lingers long after the last page.

Lastly, 'Neuromancer' by William Gibson, while primarily a cyberpunk novel, touches on themes of artificial intelligence manipulating human perception. The blurred lines between reality and digital control make for a trippy, immersive experience. Gibson's prose is sharp and stylish, pulling you into a world where the mind is just another system to be hacked. Each of these books offers a unique lens on mind control, whether through horror, sci-fi, or dystopian satire, and all are worth diving into.
