The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

He held an ancient mirror and led the way. The ancient mirror was extremely ancient. It was unknown if there were natural patterns or damaged cracks on it. The mirror was intact, but there was a vague and distorted face. There was a horrible fluctuation on the face. It seemed to be hysterical, and it was also roaring to the sky. The most shocking thing was that this blurry distorted face within the ancient mirror could actually directly affect reality. In the direction of the ancient mirror, the world was reversed, the five elements were collapsing, and the void unexpectedly couldn't resist its gaze, cracks visible to the naked eye appearing.

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

The Pack's Triquetra

The Pack's Triquetra

she said to it as she pulled the double-sided mirror out. As she stood, her reflection in the above vanity mirror smirked at her. On the rear wall, a leaf creature scurried over the tiles and slid down the shower curtain, causing Aislen to jerk around, her reflection turning in the opposite way so that when she turned back, her reflection turned to face her from the wrong direction.

Firefly
I've always wished to have the ability to read my favorite book for the first time again. What Everleigh has accomplished here is exactly that. They say there are two sides to every story, but in this case, there are multiple, and it will turn your world on its head.

This one helped me see where the Triquetra were coming from with how they were treating her. I still don't condone their actions, but they're doing better and learning from one's mistakes is important. I can't wait for the next one! I'm checking everyday for it

Beyond The Reflection

Beyond The Reflection

Gone. I stood there, rooted in place, drenched and trembling, unable to breathe. I had seen a mirror, a living, breathing mirror, not just someone who looked like me. This was me, and she had seen me first. I couldn’t move. I felt frozen. The rain kept pouring, running into my eyes and trickling down my neck, but I remained still, staring at the boutique’s glowing door long after it had closed behind her. My breath came in shallow gasps, each one trembling as if the air itself had turned heavy. It wasn’t just shock. It felt deeper. Something primal. When her gaze locked with mine, a connection formed between us. I sensed that this was more than just a coincidence.

The Secret Door

The Secret Door

He pulled himself together, and it’s like awakening from a shallow nap. “The pigeon is right, the mirrors here are nothing ordinary,” Cara said. “The thing is evil. It could control your mind.” “And look what happened to the others.” She points to the rest of them. They are still enchanted by what they are seeing in the mirror. “Cara, don’t come close to it. The thing is dangerous,” Van warned when Cara approach the trick mirror that shows his idealized self. Will the mirror shows what Cara wants to become? Yet the mirror only shows Cara’s blurred reflection before going blank.

The Alpha's Mute Mate

The Alpha's Mute Mate

The Watcher's smile turns predatory as he produces something that shouldn't exist—a mirror crafted from obsidian so pure it seems to absorb light itself, its surface rippling with veins of silver fire that pulse in rhythm with my heartbeat. The frame appears to be carved from crystallized starlight, edges sharp enough to cut reality itself, and when I look at it, my reflection doesn't show. Instead, the surface writhes with possibilities, showing glimpses of futures and pasts that exist in the spaces between what is and what could be.

To Rule the Tsar Alpha's Heart

To Rule the Tsar Alpha's Heart

Was it even normal? It was on the fifth morning that I noticed the mirror. It was small, oval, hanging beside the window. I’d never really paid attention to it before. But that morning, when I brushed my hair, I caught it lagging. Just a fraction of a second. I moved my hand through my hair , it followed, but too late. I blinked. The reflection blinked, but the timing was wrong. I froze, comb suspended midair. My pulse spiked or maybe it didn’t; it was hard to tell anymore. I waved my hand quickly. The reflection followed again… slightly delayed.

The Mirror Says You're The Murderer

The Mirror Says You're The Murderer

“I didn’t expect you to be the killer. It wasn’t enough that you killed your parents-in-law. Why did you have to kill my mother too?” I looked at the three of them. They all had the same reaction. I froze for a moment. How was that possible? A mirror was just a mirror. It showed whoever stood in front of it. How could it show my face no matter who looked into it? But their grief did not look fake. What was so strange about that mirror? How could it make my wife, my trainee, and my neighbor all believe I was the killer? “I didn’t kill your mother. It wasn’t me.”

The Return of the War Legate

The Return of the War Legate

Hans, wanting to ensure he received his share of the credit, stepped forward and said, "I have a treasure that can record images of this place as evidence." "Thank you so much, Hans," several immortals responded. Hans fished out a mirror and began recording the surroundings. However, what everyone saw left them stunned. The images captured by the mirror were completely different from what everyone else saw. In fact, they were two entirely different scenes. If an outsider viewed them, they would likely believe they were pictures of two completely different locations.

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

We exchanged a glance, a silent agreement that we were ready to face whatever awaited us. As we advanced further into the chamber, the environment shifted, morphing into a labyrinth of mirrors. Each reflection held a distorted image of ourselves as if mocking our journey and challenging our perception of reality. "Stay focused," I reminded myself, my voice steady despite the disorienting surroundings. "These mirrors are illusions meant to deceive us. We must trust our instincts and look beyond the reflections."

Bloodscript: Survival Game of the Reborn

Bloodscript: Survival Game of the Reborn

The Game had given us a whole floor of them. It thought they were obstacles. I thought they were props. *You’re not just showing,* I thought at the glass. *You’re telling. You can lie.* In the reflection, Selene’s silhouette was coming up behind me, weapon raised. In reality, she was angling in from my right. I willed the image to shift. Just a hair. The mirror complied. Her reflected self appeared half a step ahead of where she really was, lunging too early. For a fraction of a heartbeat, her real brain trusted the image over her proprioception.
