The Hunt For The Fugitive Bride

The Hunt For The Fugitive Bride

I nodded and sipped from my cup of milk. "How do you like it?" "Alright." "How will you know whether you like it or not if you don't try? So, what's the story behind your dislike of coffee?" "I tried coffee when I was a kid. it was bitter, and it stuck with me as a bad memory." "Haven't you had a try since then?" "Yeah, I didn't feel the need to try it because I was fine with just water and fresh juices." "Perhaps you tried dark roasted coffee, which is why it tasted bitter. As a beginner, you should try mocha. Because of the milk, chocolate, and sugar added to it, flavoured coffee masks the bitterness." He summoned the waiter and placed my order.

Wrong Ride, Right Lover

Wrong Ride, Right Lover

Monique placed the coffee right in front of Sacha. The cup was from Mansion Coffee; it had a strong, unique flavor of the beans that no other cafe could imitate. Sacha was very familiar with their taste. “Let me taste it,” Sacha was certain that Monique came here to stir trouble because of their previous dispute. If that was the reason, he would not let her off so easily. Sacha took a sip and frowned deeply. The coffee was so salty that he could not swallow it. Even if the coffee was salted, there was no proof that Cindy was the one who did it.

Fragile Heart
Nice story, relate to the hardship and sufferings of Monique and her daughters. But some words like he for him interchange to she or her. Repeated lines like describing how the family of Gu, their status, that is why some chapters were alike. So avoid this one. Keep it up, hoping for more chapters!!

Why are you so confused with your characters. I have read this book and the more I read it, I don't know if you are referring to him, her, Monique, Henry, Manager Hans, or someone else, whoever translated this for you, is not doing a good job. The book is really good, I have to figure out.

Beta's Twin Mates

Beta's Twin Mates

She asked, glancing around. “Don’t you bother, Beta Zoe. They made the mess, so they needed to clean it. How do you like your coffee? Espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, marocchino, caffè latte, caffè lungo, caffè doppio … you may need that extra to deal with these two, or maybe a caffè corretto that could also be good to deal with the princes.” Cora rattled off a list of things I couldn’t tell you that made them different.

I am absolutely loving this story! Love Zoe’s confidence and the differences between Gunner and Henrick. All the chaos that has ensued in a mater of a day has been so fun to read. I can’t wait to see how these three make it work with such strong personalities. Enjoying Damon in this too. So fun.

Shady Blue

Shady Blue

Hoping he couldn’t see the blood pooling beneath her thumb nail where she had bitten it a bit too short. “Ms Pierce,” He forced a stiff smile as she thrust the coffee towards him. The lid had crusted over with spilt foam. But the paper body was still hot. “I appreciate the gesture, but servicemen drink free at the café next door—you’re wasting your money,” Half-jogging beside him, she struggled to keep up. He was beyond asking how she’d managed to bypass the front desk. Her answer to almost everything was a sly-smiling ‘I have my ways’. “That’s kind of the whole point of a bribe,” Halting in front of the elevator, she realised she left her coffee. Could she be charged with illegal dumping? I

Divorce and Regret: Chasing My Famous Lawyer Ex-Wife

Divorce and Regret: Chasing My Famous Lawyer Ex-Wife

“There’s no way I’m finishing this alone.” “Good. Share with me,” I said without thinking. Her eyes narrowed. I coughed. “I meant—you know—just take bites or whatever. Not… whatever that sounded like.” To my shock, she actually laughed. A small one. But real. We walked to the next stall—BREWED AWAKENING—a coffeeshop-on-wheels that served drinks with absurd names. I pointed. “Midnight Regret. Want to try?” She snorted. “Why would I willingly drink something called Midnight Regret?”

Married Again To My Alpha Ex-Husband

Married Again To My Alpha Ex-Husband

Bryant's pov "There is something different about you today," my best friend said to me after we stepped into the coffee shop and sat down it was time for lunch in the company so we decided to go to a quiet and calm place unruffle some of the stress that we had gathered up inside of ourselves since morning running a multi-millionaire company was definitely no easy task after all. I always preferred for my coffee to be more bitter and my friend likes his more sweet with cream and chocolate and sugar to the point that he might as well have just ordered everything else without the coffee so I was getting a black coffee and he was getting himself a Mocha.

Under The Naked Moon

We both laughed at the absurdity of it. He said to me that we would be going the Relax Coffee for a drink, and it was amazing, I work part-time at Relax Coffee. I told him that I worked there and he was also amazed. I told him about the different coffee recipes served at Relax Coffee. As we approached Relax Coffee shop, a strange feeling washed over me, like butterflies in my stomach.

Moonlit Mischief: A Shift in the Heart

Moonlit Mischief: A Shift in the Heart

Jennifer Baker
I leaned back in my seat. “Sounds perfect.” She bowed her head and walked off. I watched Tiffany walk away, but I had a somewhat uneasy feeling about it. I glanced over at Marco and Elisabeth and they both shrugged at me. In the evening, I met up with Maximus and was enthralled by the enchanting date he had planned for us. We took a leisurely stroll through the beautiful garden, our hands intertwined, as we engaged in heartfelt conversation that only deepened our bond. As our walk reached its conclusion, we stumbled upon a delightful picnic blanket adorned with an array of mouthwatering finger foods. And to top it all off, we indulged in the most exquisite and divine wine I've ever had the p

The Grumpy Alpha and His Chubby Mate

The Grumpy Alpha and His Chubby Mate

“Zara’s Java Jolt?” “Yes, ma'am,” the maid says with a happy grin. “That is the official name of our special coffee cream. The Alpha came up with the name himself last winter. It is one of our best sellers in the entire metropolis. It is because we do not use cheap beans from the rogue lands. No way. The boss would never allow bad quality inside his shop.”

Oops! I Married A CEO By Mistake

Oops! I Married A CEO By Mistake

True to their word, they both were sitting at this small coffee shop and she had ordered after explaining to the waiter that she wanted minimum coffee with maximum milk. “Look at you. This is not coffee. This is milk. You should try Choco milk instead of this concoction. This. IS. Not. Coffee.” She frowned at his handsome face. Standing up from her seat, she rounded the table and bent down placing her hands on the armrests of his chair looking into his twinkling eyes, “Jacob. Stop insulting me. My coffee is NOT bitter like yours.” He knew she was teasing him. His eyes fell to her full lips.

Hunter and Abi's story is stunning. I can't believe how amazing descriptive the Author was with the details. So many scenes it was like I could almost visualize it. I was so sad to see their story come to an end but that just means I can continue on and read Emerald & Raphael’s story now. ...️...️......️...
