The Demon Prince's Promise

The Demon Prince's Promise

“You’re mistaken, the other one won’t kill you right away too. Either way, you’ll get killed.” Mizuko stared at Kenshi in the eyes. Those golden eyes do reminds her of the sunset. And she must tell him that. After all, she doesn’t really remember if she had ever told him that before. “You know what?” She twirls and bit her lower lip. “Your eyes reminds me of the beautiful sunset on the other world. I bet you’ve seen it since you lived there for a year you were gone here.” “You love the sunset,” he uttered.

“I told you that it was okay to wait in the car.” “No. It’s okay.” He gave her hand a good squeeze which I, unfortunately, could see. He then looked at me. “This person is…?” “He is Kuronomiya Kakeru. My colleague. He joined two years after me.” She introduced me, then held his hand firmly and turned to me. “This is Ashitaka Mamura. My boyfriend.” “Pleased to meet you.” I bowed in greeting. “Pleased to meet you too.” He returned a bow.

as he followed Kazuko. Kazuko saw Mitsuki looking at the sea as Kaikuh was standing close to her. She took a deep breath and said, "Don't think too much about it, besides boys are really stupid" Mitsuki looked at Kazuko as she came close to her and watched the sea. "Come on Mitsuki, you're better than this, how dare you cry over a boy" Kazuko said as Mitsuki replied, "You won't understand" "Oh really, so why do you say that?"

“We found traces of a Rogue’s scent around here. Some of the scouts are tracking him or her down, a few went into the surrounding forest just to be sure, but we haven’t caught sight yet.” “How long have you been searching for?” “About 20 minutes.” “Alright, you guys can take a break. I’ll take it from here.” “Yes, Alpha.” Just then Mitsu appeared. “Mitsu, what are you doing here?” “I don't know. Kiko told me to come here after I put Natsumi to bed.”

The Protégé

The Protégé

Master Ku smiled faintly. He had not expected Yang Xiao to be so broad-minded. It was far beyond his imagination. At this time, Yang Xiao had also contacted Miyamoto Meihe, the current family master of the Miyamoto family in Japan. "Yang Xiao, this Katou Hui is not your enemy. He even has a deep hatred for you!" Miyamoto Meihe said. “What? Enmity as deep as the sea?” Yang Xiao was stunned. He really didn’t know of that person’s existence.

I get the holidays are here and it can make things a little hectic. But all the more reason to try and get those chapters out ahead of time as we all would like to continue reading. However at this rate it seems you may lose followers of the book and the money you get by them supporting your novel.

“This my cousin—” “Tomoya Nakashima," Kathleen finished and made a disgusted face at him who only grinned. “Oh hi, Kath. It’s been a while.” “You know each other?” Takumi glanced at Tomoya who’s now batting his eyes. Kathleen snorted and looked at Scott who stood behind her. “God! What a small world.”

KANE

KANE

The rain hammered against the windows, the sound filling the dimly lit apartment. The city outside was drowning in a downpour, but inside, the silence between them was thick. Mona sat on the couch, her fingers tracing the ink on his forearm, her touch featherlight yet lingering. "I've never done that before," she whispered. Kane's blue eyes flicked to hers, searching. "You've never kissed anyone?" She hesitated, then gave a small, nervous smile. "If you count the one with a boy on the playground when I was five..."

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven't actually read a novel specifically titled 'Mitsuba and Kou' myself, but based on a lot of the chatter online, a lot of people are asking about this in connection to 'Jujutsu Kaisen' and its character dynamic. If we're talking about the fan-created content or potential exploration within that universe, the themes being discussed are pretty intense and really hinge on that whole complicated, tragic connection.

A massive theme is definitely the cycle of inherited trauma and the burden of family legacy. Mitsuba isn't just Kou's mom; she's a symbol of the Zenin clan's brutal, toxic system that values cursed technique over everything else. Her death and the way it's used as a tool against Megumi and by extension informs Toji's entire life story explores how family history isn't just background—it's an active, destructive curse. It's about the sins of the parents being visited on the children in the most literal, horrific way possible.

Another huge one is the dehumanization that comes with being seen only for your utility in the jujutsu world. Mitsuba, from what we know, was valued solely for her ability to produce powerful offspring, not as a person. That connects to a broader critique of the jujutsu society's structures, which treat people as vessels or tools. When fans speculate about a novel delving into her perspective, I think they're hoping to see a reclaiming of her humanity, a look at the person behind the tragic plot device.

There's also the theme of love existing within, and maybe even in spite of, a system designed to crush it. The relationship between her and Toji is so messy and sad—was there any genuine feeling there, or was it purely transactional from his side? How did she view him? It becomes a lens to examine whether tenderness can survive in such a cruel environment, or if it's always destined to be twisted into another kind of weapon.
