Moon Born Novels & Stories

"Okay, but it's not night yet." "It doesn't have to be, you seem to be having a hard time anyway." I climb on top the bed and wait for her as she moves from the comfort of the couch to the bed, sitting right by my side she said, "have you ever heard of the 'Lune of the moon', I guess not since I never told you this story. Well the Lune of the Moon is the brother of our Luna. Start sleeping cause it's gonna be a long story." A story of Lune huh. I thought that could be Lune, but Lune was a Star not a god, isn't he?

“I was never just a mate, never just a wolf. I am the Moonborn Wolf. And I am bound to the moon.” The moon glowed brighter, silver light bathing us all, as if answering, as if blessing. And for the first time in my life, I felt whole. Not cursed. Not broken. But chosen. The pack roared their approval, Kael’s arms wrapped around me, and my sons nestled against my chest. It was the dawn of a new era. The Moonborn’s dawn. And it was only the beginning.

I turned my head and saw this innocent boy pointing upwards in amazement. "The moon! The moon!" he shouted while jumping up and down. "That's called Bluemoon, Lucas." I rubbed the top of his head. "Bluemoon! Bluemoon!" He kept repeating the word that was probably still unfamiliar to him. I didn't let go of Lucas' tiny hand as I looked up to take in the beauty of the blue moon above. Tonight, the moon is perfectly visible, so beautiful and powerful. She seemed to rule the night sky. She is the embodiment of the Moon Goddes who are the gods of werewolves.

“Did she also tell you that the Blood Moon is specifically a vampire moon of power?” I licked my lips and shook my head. “Does that… make a difference? Are you weaker at other times?” “No,” he said. “Our powers do not wane with the phases of the moon… or the sun for that matter.” “You have to be kidding.” He shook his head. “The Moon Goddess is simply an aspect of the Sun Goddess. Why would she love us any less in her other form?” My shoulders sank. “I thought… but you only attack at night.”

she said, her irritation fading into a smile as she grabbed her slides and took one last look in the mirror. The soft glow of her bedroom lanterns reflected off her ash-blonde hair, which she had twisted into a perfect, messy bun, with short curls framing her round face. Her pale purple eyes sparkled, flecked with hints of silver—a distinct mark of being Moon-Kissed. Soon, she thought, her mate would see her as she saw herself: beautiful, unique, a prize worthy of any Alpha’s daughter.

"Ronan! Target the center boulder on the upper shelf! Spears on my mark!" "Brace!" Ronan yelled, six of his strongest Moonridge warriors stepping forward, their heavy, silver-tipped spears balanced over their shoulders. "Launch!" The weapons flew through the howling wind, striking the frost-cracked stone with a deafening crack. The ancient boulder splintered, the structural integrity of the upper ledge vanishing in a single heartbeat. A massive wave of snow, ice, and heavy stone came cascading down, burying the first line of Blood Moon archers before they could release their strings.

"That won't stop whoever sent this. It'll just make you a prisoner." "He's manipulating you," Sky hissed. "Don't listen to him." But Lucius's logic made sense. Sort of. "Then what do I do?" "You stay alert. You trust no one except the people you know won't betray you." "And who's that?" He smiled slightly. "That's for you to decide." I looked down at the note in my hands. ‘The Lunar Moon is coming.’ "What's the Lunar Moon?" "A specific phase. When the moon is at its fullest and brightest. The next one happens in three weeks."

Echoes of the Blood Moon The storm outside had subsided, yet within the Moon Temple, the atmosphere felt even more oppressive—saturated with whispers, ancient energy, and a foreboding that none of them completely comprehended. Luna stood at the heart of the chamber, her breathing slow but irregular as the crimson glow of the Blood Moon pulsed faintly beneath her skin. The mark on her collarbone blazed like a living flame, and each heartbeat resonated through the stone like a distant drum.

I turned to the second page and continued reading aloud: CHAPTER ONE - HISTORY OF THE MOON The history of the gods and goddesses of the moon spans various cultures and mythologies. Selene (Greek Mythology): Selene is the Greek goddess of the moon, often depicted as a beautiful woman with a crescent moon on her head, riding a chariot across the night sky. She is the daughter of the Titans Hyperion and Theia, and the sister of Helios (the sun god) and Eos (the dawn goddess). Selene had many romantic liaisons, the most famous being her love for the mortal shepherd Endymion, whom she put into an eternal sleep to keep him forever youthful.

Curious, I requested to know what the tournament was all about. According to Reuben, the moon tournament, happens every year on a solar eclipse full moon, that night, everyone will be in their full power and the moon goodness will choose the next protector of the realm, the one who will become the next Alpha or Luna, as Mikaela rudely interrupted her brother ..
