Chapter 4 Third POV Solas stood at the center of his chamber, his pale blue eyes fixed on the reflection of the moon in the small pond before him. The water’s surface shimmered with an otherworldly glow, the moonlight dancing upon it in an eerie, mesmerizing pattern. This pond was his anchor, his connection to the moon and the source of his power. The open ceiling above it allowed the moon’s light to filter down, enhancing his abilities and giving him strength. He traced patterns in the water with his fingers, feeling the potent energy thrumming beneath his skin.

Their laughter fills our home with warmth, and their love is a constant reassurance of how lucky I am. Every night, when the moon rises high in the sky, I take a moment to thank the moon goddess for the gift of my family. Selene, with her bright smile and curious nature, always finds a way to make me laugh. She has this incredible ability to see the beauty in everything, and her enthusiasm is contagious. Kingdom, on the other hand, is my little protector. He has a kind heart and a strong spirit, always looking out for his sister and me. Together, they make my world complete.

It had the sign of the moon on it too. "This, is the sword of Artemis, it will be your cloud in the day and fire in the night. It will be your guild. Accept this gift from the goddess of the moon." Myra bowed placing the sword in her hands. Kendrick hesitated taking it at first, but changed his mind as his took it carefully from her hands. He held it in his hands and the moon symbol on the handle of the sword glowed brightly, and so did the moon on Myra's forehead.

Moon said widening Zero's eyes. "R-really?" Zero asked, Moon nodded and looked at the seller. "Here's the payment for what he's going to take." Moon said with a smile and handed the lantern she was holding to the seller. The two happily left the store and headed to the highlands of town. "Below, the Lantern will start flying, so we can see those below." Moon said then looked at Zero. "Why do you look like that?" Moon asked when he saw Zero staring at him, Zero shook his head.

In fact, I usually freak out, as they say, very easily, that's why I take some medications to try to control my temper, and at that point I picked one of the vials that was in my inner pocket of the blouse and put it in my mouth.
