Moonlight Flower Novels & Stories

He looked at me in amazement, and I tried not to shy away. “Do you like my creation?” I asked him lowly. “Olivia,” he said reverently, “you look ethereal.” I felt my cheeks warm, but I embraced the satisfaction. I’d found these flowers in a corner of the manor gardens, and since they only bloomed under the full moon they were said to be blessed to the Moon Goddess. It had been insanely difficult weaving them together like this, but for the look on Elroy’s face, it was absolutely worth it.

I watched her for a moment in the glow of the moon light as she looked over at the land in front of her. I watched her cover her mouth in shock and her eyes brimmed with beautiful tears that I wanted to kiss away. “What is this place?” she asked, stuttering as her eyes continued to stare in wonder at the beautiful flowery field, full of moon lilies that only bloomed on a full moon. Today was the last day for their bloom and after that, they would wither and disappear again, until the next full moon. Even I was captivated by their beauty the first time I saw this place on my first recon mission.

Morana In the heart of the dark forest called Mistwood Hill, where the tall trees stood watch and the whispering wind danced through the leaves like graceful spirits, there was a symphony of sound that echoed through the night. I took careful steps as I monitored the plants along the banks of the river. It was the perfect time and place to find the moonflowers. The moon hung high in the sky, casting rays of light that illuminated my path. Moonflowers are a rare herb used mainly for their healing properties against wolfbane poisoning.

“Dangerous habit for a maid.” “I’m more than a maid now, remember?” He nodded. “That you are.” She tapped the northern woods. “Have you ever heard of the Moonlight Flower?” Thom frowned. “Fairy tale. Blooms once every ten years, said to reawaken dead nerves. Only grows near rogue territory.” “So it’s real?” He gave her a long look. “Real enough to get you killed.” She traced the route anyway. The next morning, Draven found her asleep at the library desk, the map folded beneath her cheek.

Or just native to the Lycan realm? I decided not to dwell on that for long, instead, I took a few steps forward and crouched beside a cluster of pale-blue blossoms that glimmered faintly. “Okay, Pearl,” I said, touching one gently. “This one is called Moonlace Hydrangea.” Pearl leaned closer, eyes wide. “It’s shiny.”

“Hold on for the moon. It will heal you.” As they finally reached the heart of the shadowed peaks, a hidden valley bathed in an eerie, ethereal light, the full moon hung like a luminous orb in the inky sky. And there, nestled amongst ancient, gnarled trees, were the moonpetal flowers, their petals glowing with an otherworldly luminescence.

I had no answer for her. The healers' gathering that afternoon was held in the communal gardens near the pack's western border. Wolves from various territories mingled, exchanging knowledge and rare specimens. My attention was immediately drawn to a spectacular display of iridescent flowers glowing with faint blue light. "Moonbirth Herbs," a soft voice explained beside me. "Extremely rare. They only bloom during the blue moon." I turned to find myself facing an elegant older woman with silver-streaked dark hair and piercing gray eyes. Though advanced in years, she carried herself with regal grace.

So I can just pick it and exit this scary place as fast as I can, her eyes darted among the plants But to her dismay, the flower wasn't there. “Fuckk it's not here”, she said bending to inspect the flowers. “Well… this bloodroot might still be useful.” she plucked one, tucking it into her pocket, before pushing forward. Moments later, her chest swelled in excitement. There it was, the almighty moonflower standing proudly in the midst of the undergrowth. She smiled like one who had hit a jackpot. She plucked it carefully, the flower, and was inspecting it when a loud growl made her freeze.

I heard Draven hiss before shooting me a glare, clearly annoyed that I was questioning his "Almighty Highness." “It’s not just any bracelet, Adriana. It contains an herb called Vervain, and it protects you from getting compelled,” he finally spilled, turning to look at me. I could feel my eyes widen in disbelief. “But I suppose you already knew that when you received it, didn’t you, doll face?” He accused me in an irritated tone, and I shook my head in protest, sitting up on my bed. “I swear...” “Either way, I want you to take it off,” he muttered, cutting me off.

Alethra laughed and said, well, I had to find away to hide what I was doing. There are four different types of flowers here, the first three are Lavender, Jasmine and Rosemary.
