THE EVIL FOREST

THE EVIL FOREST

Idris Musunguevil husbandevileye
He could hear like chatting with an invisible figure. "They look just like us, talk like us, act like us. But there is something strange about these creatures that mock us. They are each destined to certain people in their lives, they know not of who they are or what they look like. Just ordinary people, like you and I. When they find one of those people, the two of them make eye contact. At that moment, they are linked to you by a mortal bond. That is, if you die, the human, then they die." The voice was audible in his ears.

Death & Life

Death & Life

They couldn't have been more than fifteen years of age and were both intelligent looking. "We are the new fates, brothers Jackson and Nowell and you two are Rai, the Grim Reaper and Sebastian, a Death & Life soul cultivator, it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance," Jackson stated and presented his open hand to us as he stepped closer. Rai shook it first and said we needed to clean up the mess. "We will deal with it, you both enjoy your newly engaged selves," Jackson grinned. We both thanked them profusely and stood back as they waved their hands over the corpses and the bodies and blood all vanished.

of eight billion souls. "If I give you a Dead-Zone, the Sombra cannot protect you," Avery warned. "The spores won't be there to filter your breath. The marrow won't be there to repair your cells in real-time. You will be 'Individual' again, but you will also be 'Mortal' in the old way." "We accept the 'Biological Debt' of being alone," Aris said firmly.

MORTEM

MORTEM

I wept. “Please, wake up,” I begged. When I suddenly saw him sit down with his eyes closed and half of the bag covering him. I stopped crying for a while because I am surprised that he is back. He went back from the dead like me. I immediately stand up and hug him but I can't hug him. My hand just infiltrated him. I tried to hug him again but it was still the same. He is just like a hologram sitting in front of me with his eyes closed. I cannot touch him, I cannot hug him.

Brixton And Helena

father has got in touch with someone anyone; or Brixton is able to find his Godfather. Or, maybe his Godfather is also deceased. No one knows for sure. In fact, no one knows who Brixton's Godfather is; name, place of residence, etc. There are no records about the Godfather. No records showing who is the Godfather. Not even Brixton's date of birth, birth certificate, Social Security card, number. Just nothing, no information about Brixton. Brixton doesn't even know what his biological parents looked like before they were humocide victims. No one has came to the realization that it was a werewolf and not some wild, stray animal or animals. Everyone assumed they were attacked brutally by either

Maybe I really was making a huge mistake pushing him away. Interrupting my thoughts, Lucy replied, “Oh, it’s definitely true! Blake tortures people too, and so did his dad—well, your dad too, I guess. I’ve heard stories. I won’t repeat them because they’re gruesome.” “Tell me, please,” I said, eager to know, begging Lucy with my eyes. “Okay, I won’t go into detail, but I’ve heard they chop people’s arms and legs off and pull out their eyes. Stuff like that. And werewolves don’t die. They just heal so they can keep going for hours.”

I thought this book was well developed and I loved how it the story contined on involving both Alex and Blake's pack. I felt this story had more self reflection and perhaps self doubt with some of the MCs. But, honestly I think that is what made the bonds stronger and independently grow.

This book is already so much better than the first. I'm hoping that Jasmine doesn't remain a doormat with Lucy and she gets her comeuppance. I also hope Luke regrets his decision and becomes jealous. Jasmine deserves better than those 2. love Blake! Talia and Alex story definitely intriguing.

A Queen Among Alphas

A Queen Among Alphas

The sweet scent of vanilla and orchids reaches me as Yildiz comes to stand beside me as I continue to look at the ceiling; the rays of the afternoon sun shining through making the mural look even more enchanting. “Why are you looking at the ceiling?” She asks softly. “I’m looking at the mural above us. It’s a glass depiction of our origins.” “It’s a touching story. The Goddess Morrtemis was tired from battling against a swarm of sanguidae. When her back was turned the creatures attacked, but a large group of humans from a neighbouring village, who watched the Goddess fight them all single-handedly, jumped in to defend her, not realising a sanguidae could not kill her. Many of the humans lost

CARNAL

CARNAL

Daniel and Jai both recognized the men as the one Jai had killed at Otto Müller's funeral and the other as the man who had broken into the castle, nearly killing Ella. "What do you want, Cain?" Daniel sighed, rubbing his eyes. "What do you see when you look at these men?" Cain asked them. Cain speaking in a normal speaking voice in the small, metal room made an echo that rung in Jai and Daniel's tired ears. "I see corpses who are getting more sleep than I am," Jai muttered. "You're looking at Vampires who had once been human," Cain said crossing his arms. Daniel and Jai were suddenly very intrigued.

Death's little angel

Death's little angel

While Azrail and Lucia walked the hallway that leads to Lord Adonis chambers, Azrail began to think of what could be going on in Lord Adonis chambers. As far as Azrail was concerned, Lord Adonis was as fit as a fiddle and if he was by any chance sick which he doubted, Azrail knew Lord Adonis wouldn't resort to modern medicine because it would be useless to start with. All death agents could feel pains but their bodies was immune to modern medicine because they are soulless, so Azrail concluded that the medical supplies were not for Lord Adonis but was for someone who has a soul and a heartbeat, of course only humans fit into this category.

Life After Prison

Life After Prison

In just an instant, all life within the sea was extinguished. The Ancestora had attained the power of a true immortal upon escaping his confinement, despite only ascending just moments ago. True immortals, beings of pure solar energy that were born from the void, could peer into the river of time and use the rules of heaven and earth to fortify themselves. Even a mere drop of their blood could remain undestroyed for epochs. Their slightest emotions could cause the heavens and earth to shift hues and induce a myriad of visions.

one of the best novels of this site. well written and great story. The only problem is Monday you get a lot of pages and chapters, and the rest of the week you get a page a day. Come on the author and this site can do better. Really about to stop reading because of this.
