Mr. Addams quickly noticed a massive, cracked beam falling toward them. It was going to crush Morticia. Instinctively, he grabbed her and threw her through the small opening, just as the beam came crashing down on him. "No!" Morticia's high-pitched scream pierced the air. Her father gave her one last look before taking his final breath.

I was still on the same bed I’d been punctured on, only now I was wearing clothes, and the needles were gone. Sitting beside me was a woman dressed in black from her head to her toes. She wore a black hat, her eyes were as dark as a raven’s, and her smile made me shift uneasily. “Who the hell are you?” I asked as she sat there, staring and smiling at me. “I’m Morticia,” the woman said. “It’s a pleasure to finally meet you. After the way Grey and the organization have been bragging about you, I just knew, darling—you’re special.”

Morticia had become a lot more gentle ever since having a child and found herself missing her child a lot. Yet it had to be said that her child was far too cute. She missed her child more often than not and wanted to be around her child all the time.

"The place where she stood, it was supposed to be mine!" She snapped, the bitterness in her voice taking me by surprise. She walked closer to the steel bars, gripping them viciously, her knuckles turning white as she glared at me, her lips curled into a cynical smile, her long brown hair disheveled over her shoulders.
