“What’s that sound?” “Who’s coming?” I stared in the same direction. Then my eyes widened. Thousands of warriors emerged from the distance. They marched forward in perfect formation, every single one dressed in identical black armor. The armor was sleek and heavily reinforced, covering their chests, shoulders, arms, and legs. The crest of the Silver Moon Pack was engraved across the center of every breastplate. Their weapons glinted as they advanced. My mouth fell open. Kael or rather, Cassian stood beside me with a calm smile.

They were followed by a horde of fierce warriors, their eyes fixed on the rogue pack. Alpha Ronan, Alpha Kayson, and Alpha Ryder fought with precision and skill, taking down the rogue pack members one by one. Their movements were swift and deadly, a testament to their training and experience. The battle was intense, with snarls and growls filling the air, but my mates were determined to protect me. Alpha Greg from the Silver Moon pack and Alpha Lars from the Blood Moon pack had pledged their support. *** Alpha Marcus POV I march down the hall of our pack house, while I yell through my mindlink to the entire pack. “IT IS TIME! RED MOON IS THE ONE CAUSING ALL OF THIS! THEY MUST BE TAKEN DOWN! KILL THEM ALL!!! DON’T LEAVE ANYONE ALIVE!” The warriors instantly shift and run into the forest, heading straight for Red Moon pack. With each step, I fume even more. Red Moon pack is one pack that I thought I had gotten an alliance with them, but they ended up backing out at the last minute. I still don’t understand why they did this, but I’m going to teach them a lesson.

Damian has been holding were with the Betas, Sentinel, and Scouts leader, strategizing their defense. They will be going through the forest to Quest of Death, which is their best move, sticking with the wood's methods

The rest were scattered about and are presumably dead. The Red Mountains couldn’t arrive early enough to stop the Queen’s forces so the Forbidden Forest warriors went to hold them. All those blood and sacrifice would be avenged. The delegates for the journey were Alpha Scott, Alpha Red and a warrior named Kyle. Scott watched in slight envy as the warrior’s mate had wrapped her hand around her mate, kissing him passionately. She was one of the women who work at the border farming so she wouldn’t watch him leave the next day. They stared at each other and Scott knew they were mind linking. He could see the obvious pain in the warrior’s eyes when his mate left.

He strode towards the announcer and pulled out a weapon, “For the Moongray pack.” Members from the Moongray pack cheered for their warrior and I scoffed, patiently waiting for one of my warriors to accept the challenge. Few seconds later, one of my pack warriors growled loudly as his nails elongated. He took slow strides towards the announcer and picked the smallest weapon—a knife.

"I don't like him in any way. He just makes me feel ashamed by playing in such an absurd manner," Minahil retorted and took a bottle from her bag and took long gulps of the mint shake. "Yes, Abraham." The deafening charivari along with loud banging and whistling attracted the attention of everyone present there except for the boys playing fiercely. "The queen bee with her groupie!" Minahil said scrunching up her nose to which Yara laughed. Their team won the match and sharp noise of clapping, hooting and party poopers rose in the ground.

I guess that day was today. I were already wrapping up with my mates the plan for the next mission, when Alpha boomed through the link, “Your mate is in trouble. Packhouse. Now!” I ran like my life depended on it—because hers might. I shot a message through the mind link for another warrior to finish without me as I sprinted across the field, pushing every bit of speed my wolf could give me. He was just as frantic as I was.
