Kalaunan sa pagpatay ni Fred ay may isa siyang tao na labis din nyang masasaktan at magiging Psycho din na tulad niya. Tunghayan ang istorya ni Fred at matuto tayo na huwag maging mapagmalupit sa kapwa kung tayo ay nasa itaas at sila ay nasa ibaba upang wala ng ipanganak pa muli na Psycho sa mundo.
