Chapter thirty-three Anabelle Pov The hall was noisy, the moderators were discussing with each other. While other members were whispering. I couldn't think about the noise. I closed my eyes and started mapping out the drawing found. I drew the mountains first, filling it with amber color, the mountain was filled with different giant trees. After properly drawing the mountain I drew the moon-bird. It was so fine to my eyes, I couldn't believe I was able to draw the same art work and it was better than the previous one.

The most exciting thing about the picture was that you could only see the man's hands which he had slid under the sides of her black lace underwear. One stands out to me. The heading reads: ICE DAGGERS. In the first drawing, a woman has her hands outstretched, fingers crooked in a come hither motion. The second sketch features her arms going up, at the third, her palms turn over. Then the fourth sees her draw it back and before her, jagged icicles fromed from water hover. I replay the maneuver in my head, cataloguing it.

The middle one had, Lily had given it long dark hair and a yellow shape at the bottom of the page that I eventually understood was supposed to be a cardigan, My cardigan. The yellow one I wore on Tuesdays.

“I don't know currently, I'll tell you later. A child's drawings — a house with a triangular roof, a sun in the corner with rays drawn as straight lines, a tree with round red fruit. Then I saw it. One drawing in the middle. Three figures standing hand in hand. The small one in the middle, in a dress with long hair. A woman on the left. On the right, a man in a black suit.

"The what?" Aiden proudly lifted the parchment, presenting it with a triumphant flourish. It was a masterpiece of terrible stick figures. There was a tall, blocky man with a jagged golden crown, a woman wearing an oversized silver tiara, a small blob representing a little boy, a giant black dog with six legs, a glowing stick figure surrounded by yellow loops, and a final girl drawn with aggressively angry V-shaped eyebrows. Kael let out a long, dry sigh. "Let me guess. The one with the furious eyebrows is your long-lost aunt?"
