I grab a shirt as I run out of my bedroom and down the stairs. “Fuck me, where did that thing come from?” Killian asked. I had to blink a few times before I could focus on the contents of the room. When I could look around, I saw things that didn't seem to belong in my world. The walls were lined with glass screens and data stations. In the center of the room were shelves lined with containers. The containers held samples of both human and wolf parts. Skin, hair, nails, fangs. The last thing I noticed was a long flat table, with a white cloth hanging over it. It was long enough for a full-grown man to lay on it. A great metal arm, with dozens of interchangeable instruments attached to it, hovered just above the table, menacingly.

They all looked equal parts amazing and confused, as everyone but Granny Maeve and Atticus tried to process what Atlas had just said as their mouths worked faster than their brains.
