Behind him, Danny crawled on his knees with the other end around his neck. His eyes were rotting away, pus leaking from the blisters and dripping onto the floor. My heart was filled with satisfaction as I called the police. "Why is he on a chain?" I asked. My brother said, "He was playing that kind of game with the other fugitive." Later, I learned what had really happened. To buy herself time, Ruby had deliberately exposed Danny's location and used him as bait. Grant had helped her along the way, of course.

Sienna's breath became unsteady as she noticed all the guests were now listening intently to the recording. "... I mean, Vincent Addams is a good guy, and I didn't mean to hurt him that much. Though I'm so fûcking tired of him, I just pity him, that's all." The woman who had inquired about Vincent shifted her gaze to Sienna, who was staring at the floor. Why wasn't Peter stopping this? Anna answered shortly and Brian smiled widely hearing it The three of us chatted for a while and I saw Damian walk toward us. I got up from my chair and gave him a hug. “Once again, congrats brother!” I patted his shoulder “Thanks Fai! I won’t be here without you! Brian and Anna too, thanks!”

Gabrielle had grown on her badly, so instead, she stuck by the nickname 'Brie'. "Do I look okay?" She turned to her brother, Adam, who was silently playing a game on his phone. He took a second to respond, his soft, brown hair flopping down into his eyes as he hunched over the colourful screen. "Huh?" He looked up, sacrificing his game in the process. His soft, freckled face shone with admiration for his sister. "You look great." He smiled and stood up with a jump. He trotted clumsily over to the window and glanced out with a thoughtful expression.

His touch is soft, almost tender, but his next words make her blood run cold. “Why did you do it, Mary?” His voice is quiet, almost disappointed. “I warned you about my brother. I told you he was dangerous. Did you really have to go that far?” Her eyes widen in horror. Her lips tremble as if trying to form a response, but Danny only smiles fondly. “Karma is a bitch, isn’t it?” he murmurs. “Just a few days ago, you wanted to kill me for this man. And today, he’s the one who killed you.”

“I couldn’t give a toss what you believe princess. I’m interested in self-prestation. Danny may have the stone, but since you came into his life that pack has been a shit-show.” I shifted uncomfortably, but I needed to ask an important question. “And what about my brother? What’s going to happen to him?” Fallon raised his hand. “Ah well, that’s why we need to all have a little chat about what to do next. It turns out Danny has been preparing your brother to wield the stone. Although according to Mack it isn’t going too well.” My heart sank. “…is Danny hurting him?” Mack shrugged. This man really was a piece of work. “Not directly. But, trying to use the stone seems to be…difficult for him.”

At first he was just made that his friends wanted to hang out with her, but then as they grew older, he didn't want them to be around her, afraid they would hurt her. Afraid they would break her heart just like he did with so many other girls. I was currently in the car driving to the beach. It was nine o'clock at night and nobody was here but me. "Turns out I was wrong. I was so, so wrong. I didn't raise a brother. I raised an ungrateful wretch." Dennis stumbled back a couple of steps, bumping into the coffee table with a heavy thud. He kept shaking his head, mumbling, "No... That's impossible... You're lying... You're making this up!" "If you think I'm lying, go home and ask Dad." I looked at him with cold indifference, determined to break his last illusion. "Though I doubt he has time for you right now."

I guess her years as a Beta Female must have toughened her up. 'Is there anyone by the name Irene here?' Lance asked as he stepped into the large room in company of a High Moon soldier. Irene stood up uncertain of whether to answer or not. When Lance noticed her, he faced her and said, 'Your brother would like to talk to you,' 'My brother. Where is he. Where did you find him?' 'He was found in the dungeon. He said his name is Danny,' Lance answered her patiently. 'Danny is alive?' Irene asked as fresh tears ran down her face as she smiled happily.
