CAGED: In the dark embrace of my Saviour

CAGED: In the dark embrace of my Saviour

Smart generation, huh! Most of his drawings were colorful matching his nature. As I was going through the drawings my gaze falls on a sheet. That sheet has a man, a baby, an old lady, and an empty chair beside the man. It seems like he has drawn his own family. This shows that he is still waiting for his mother to come back and complete the family but the sad part is that she will never return. I know for a kid it is very hard to live without parents. But at least he has a father who is ready to do anything just to see him happy. But no one can fill the void of the mother. I pity him. I hope he gets the motherly love that he is looking for. "Don't look at that. It is incomplete" he snatched

I usually don’t like to get into the long stories, but once I started to read this book I could not put it down. I loved the personality of each main character, the story line behind each character, each twist that was thrown in, the little boy was adorable. Great talent!! Thank you for sharing ♥️♥️

Till Betrayal Do Us Part: Ex-Husband, Ex-Heartbreak

Till Betrayal Do Us Part: Ex-Husband, Ex-Heartbreak

she said, covering the paper with her arms. But that night, as I tucked her in, I spotted a corner of paper peeking out from under her pillow. When she was asleep, I carefully slipped it out. It was a crayon drawing of three stick figures holding hands. A tall one with black hair. A medium one with brown hair. A small one in a pink dress. Above them, in wobbly pink letters: "My Family." My breath caught in my throat. She'd drawn us together. Alejandro, her, and me.

This is another book that I absolutely love. I can't believe that Marco would betray Estella by having an affair with her best friend. Then she has to stay at her ex-husband's nemesis. I would love to see more of what happens.

Become a mother in one night

Become a mother in one night

Hearing her daughter's sugary voice, Michelle couldn't help but laugh. Michelle examined the drawings closely. Lizzy's skills were indeed advanced for her age, with vibrant colors and heartwarming scenes. Both drawings depicted "family", one a "larger family" and the other a "nuclear family". Lizzy's keen observation was evident in her detailed depictions: her baby sister with a pacifier, her mom with waist-length hair, her dad in a suit and tie, and herself with big, round eyes. In the other drawing, she'd used lighter shades for the grandparents' hair. While Michelle understood what Lizzy had drawn, she still playfully asked, "Wow, Lizzy, these are amazing! But what did you draw here?"

A Second Chance Family for the CEO

A Second Chance Family for the CEO

I asked both of them, and neither answered because they were fast asleep. I decided to leave them there and go do the chores I was doing earlier. I stopped because I wanted to wake them up, but since they have both refused to wake, I decided to leave them alone. While I was putting everything in place in their room, I came across something that Pete drew. I turned to look at him after seeing his drawing; it seemed as though even if he’s not saying it, he might need a father figure in his life. Everything in his drawing book was a complete family image, which means that’s what he wants the most. I didn’t know how to feel after seeing this.

Dear Ex, See you never

Dear Ex, See you never

"I made a PICTURE!" He shoves a crumpled piece of construction paper at us, four stick figures drawn in crayon, labeled in his teacher's neat handwriting: Mommy, Daddy Damon, Daddy Mike, and Me. "It's our family," he announces proudly, pointing a sticky finger at the figures. We look at the drawing, at the stick figures with their wide smiles and oversized hands, standing in a row, holding hands. At our son's vision of what we are. No complexity, no legal issues, just four people happy together.

BOUND BY BLOOD AND BILLIONS

BOUND BY BLOOD AND BILLIONS

But she was wrong about that too. Two days ago, Emily had been helping Violet with a coloring book when I'd walked into the kitchen. They'd both looked up and smiled at me, real, genuine smiles that had nothing to do with money or fear or obligation. "Look, Alexander!" Violet had held up her drawing. "I drew our family!" It was a simple child's drawing – stick figures holding hands under a rainbow. A man, a woman, a little girl. At the bottom, she'd written "HAPPY FAMILY" in crooked letters.

My Ex-husband’s Regret: On his knees for me

My Ex-husband’s Regret: On his knees for me

He was getting better at taking care of a child every day. “Vegetables first,” I told her, setting her down. “Then ice cream.” She pouted but didn’t argue, grabbing my hand and dragging me inside the house, toward the living room. “Come see my new drawing!” Nyla’s latest masterpiece was a chaotic explosion of colors. A bunch of stick figures of her, me, and Alexander holding hands under a giant orange sun. She pointed at it proudly. “See? We’re a family!” My stomach twisted. She was so obsessed with a complete family that sometimes it made me want to give her one. I couldn’t though. Her father was an asshole.

The Billionaire Replaced Me With My Assistant

The Billionaire Replaced Me With My Assistant

Sophia's POV Liam was sitting on the bed, concentrating, a colored pencil in his hand. The drawing was a joyful mess of green, blue, and yellow scribbles. "What a beautiful drawing, Liam," I said, sitting next to him. "Who are they?" "It's my family," he replied, serious. He pointed at the figures. "That's Daddy Alexander. That's Mommy Victoria. That's Uncle Michael. And that's Aunt Sophia." My heart tightened. The child had included everyone in his perfect world.

Valerie asked curiously. Audrey chuckled as she brought it out. “There it is.” With that, Audrey handed the cardboard paper to Valerie. Reluctantly, Valerie took the paper from her. Staring at the picture, tears circulated in her eyes. “You… You drew this?” “Yes, mommy. That is to tell you how much I've always wanted a complete family. I never said that I will ever meet my mother because daddy doesn't talk about her. This is a picture I drew out of my imagination. So, that's your mommy, daddy and me.” Audrey smiled.
