SALVATORE’S POV The music was low, like a heartbeat beneath velvet. Nothing wild. Nothing messy. The kind of party where real power wore silence like a crown. The moment I stepped through the doors, conversations lowered. Not because I demanded it, but because the room recognized me. Or at least… who I used to be.

His man joined him as they all roared "WAR! WAR! WAR!" Silvia took in a shuddering breath. "I'll take you all there. We will win this war," She said darkly and Alonso smirked looking at her. "Now you're talking," He mused, merrily. * Silvia let out a deep breath in a whoosh, she let all the chakras flow through her body. Her eyes snapped open and violet specs shone in those hazel dunes. The day has come. Tonight they would attack the kingdom.

"Champion." The shadow warrior tilted its head. Then: "Traitor." The commander didn't flinch. Then: "I swore to protect the kingdom." The shadow warrior laughed. A horrible metallic sound. Then: "The kingdom is dead." Silence. Then the creature raised its sword. The darkness inside the room thickened instantly.
