Xevira suddenly exclaimed, "He is our mate! I can feel it!" Mate? The word suddenly sounded foreign. My jaw dropped. I couldn't even close my mouth.

“I have a surprise for you.” “You do? What kind of surprise?” I ask him, excited. “The kind I think you’ll like,” he says, taking my hand. I have no idea what he has in mind, but I love surprises. I love knowing that my mate is thinking of me and putting something special together just for me. It’s something else that my father does for my mother. I think my mother has tried to surprise my father before, but he’s never far from her mind, so she was never able to keep the secret long enough to surprise him.

To my astonishment, he provided an answer to my question instead of leaving it unanswered. "You," I wasn't expecting him to be too upfront. The look in his eyes told me that I was unforeseen. Pretending he hadn't affected me, I kept quiet and looked away. "I didn't expect to have a mate," He drew on. "Why do you think so?" "I've been waiting and searching for years. Juliet said when chewing her apple. "Then how do you know that the person was me?" Juliana asked with excitement. "Don't get too excited dear before you ruin your makeup," Juliet teased her. "Come on… what else did he say? Did he name the surprise? What if he wasn't talking about me? What if…….Juliana didn't get to finish before she was interrupted by an impatient Juliet. "Hey Miss, calm down, he said he has a surprise for whoever that is going to be his mate and you are the mate so get ready for your tremendous surprise," Juliet said impatiently to her before exiting the room but not without waving to her with a small wicked smile across her lips.

Both me and my brother we were looking around to see if we will find our mates. Until my brother ‘’Mate’’ he finally found her. She was one of the gammas and she just entered the room with a disk in her hand. She was wearing her uniform and she didn’t even look at us, she kept doing her job. What was wrong?
