The room is silent as all four of us look at each other, confusion as to who we have each brought into the room overwhelms me for a moment before I let out an incredibly unladylike scream… “Oh My Goddess, seriously? “And I found out something you probably never expected.” My heart skipped a beat, and I felt a sudden chill. What could he possibly know that would surprise me? “We are... fated mates.” The words hit me like a lightning strike. I blinked, mouth opening in shock. “What??” I gasped, unable to believe what I’d just heard. Fated mates? For a moment, the room seemed to hold its breath. So, you have nothing to do this morning?” I shake my head no. “Good. Wake Zayden up. I want to take my mates to breakfast.” He said kissing me one more time before getting up and heading towards the bathroom. I hear the shower start as I roll over and cuddle in to Zayden’s side.

I gasped, horror and disbelief etched on my face. “This can’t be happening. ”Cal’s expression twisted from triumph to confusion as he watched me with growing concern. “What’s wrong?” I could feel it in every fibre of my being - the mate bond pulsing between us.
