The six creatures surrounding Astrid hissed viciously, their eerie yellow eyes glaring at the triplets. They were strange, something none of them had ever seen. They had the body of a lion and the tail of a scorpion, with rows and rows of razor sharp teeth. The stinger at the end of their tail dripped with dark liquid.
